2nd surgery for same problem
Dr. Cotè rushes thru your time with him. His first post op appointments are not done by Dr. Cotè rather it's done with his NP . I've had to have a second surgery due to missing a tear in my shoulder tendon in the first surgery which had shown up in MRI prior to first surgery. Dr. Cotè does not notate Specifics of the surgery he performs this stated by his NP when I asked specific questions in my first post op appointments yes I've had 2 separate first post op appointments. I'm trying to give Grace in my experiences with Dr. C. But questions have yet to be answered . I want to talk with my Dr. That performed my surgery in my first post op appointment just for this type of situation . I don't want to wait 6 weeks to know if something isn't right. I'm trying to get in to see Dr. C. in my third post op week for answers on my 2nd surgery on the right shoulder.

Not Rude
Dr. is not rude he gets to the point he does this all day long. He doesn’t waste your time but he listens and explains. He gets done what needs to be done. He does not have to be your friend. He is your doctor.! I work in the medical field I’d rather have a doctor that knows what he’s doing then a doctor that’s just nice.

Says I need a metal plate put in my broken arm but they want $1900 up front even with my insurance. He can stick that metal plate where the sun doesn't shine. I don't have that kind of money so I will suffer with the broken arm.

Had knee surgery and am receiving Cortisone shots for my shoulder. Dr. Cote takes time to explain things to me, is very personable and makes me leave feeling very comfortable with my situation. The staff is outstanding in friendliness and courtesy and scheduling an appointment is very easy and quick. I have recommended him to several over last couple years since I started going to him.
