Disappointed
I hadn’t seen Dr. Frank for three years as he told me I didn’t need to come back unless I had an issue. When I tried to get an appointment because I had an issue I was told it was up to him whether he’d accept me back. He did not accept me back as he only accepts critical needs patients. What a shame.

Bad news
Dr. Frank and/or his practice has been my husbands cardiologist for many years. My husband had to have open heart surgery early January and Dr. Frank doesn't have the time to see him since January. My husband needs a colonoscopy to pinpoint a possible cancer source. But Dr. Frank does not have the time to speak with the GI to reease him from blood thinners for 5 days. If you are in a life threatening situation, stay away from Dr. Frank. He will not be there when you need him.

Patients BEWARE... never even got to see the doctor due to his incompetent staff. Recording incorrect phone numbers, not returning phone calls after I called to give the correct one and discarding patient records.

Very professional; excellent result
I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from the NCH Heart Institute and the surgical staff. I had a great result from a complex procedure involving rotablation of a totally blocked artery (CTO) from a previous bypass. The surgeons, and their staff, were all very professional and attentive. Excellent pain management during and after the procedure.

Dr Frank was wonderful. Gathered up his team on Memorial Day weekend to perform a stent on the holiday, and I beleive, saved my life. He didn’t want to wait till the Tuesday after the holiday. It was a great decision !!

Outstanding! He thoroughly explained the rationale for and specifics of my proposed cardiac catheterization. On the day of the procedure he was very reassuring and interacted confidently with the staff in the cath lab. Could not have been more impressed.

After getting the results of my stress test, Dr. Frank said everything looks good. 5 weeks later I had a heart attach and needed 4 bypasses. The man is incompetent!!

Dr Frank has a very caring and supportive approach and excellent professional skills. His small back up team are also excellent. My stent procedure was competently expedited at NCH Cardiology in Naples and I now feel great. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Frank and the cardiology team at NCH.

Didn’t get a visit. Had a heart attack 1 1/2 ago. I live in Chicago. Looking for a good cardiologist in Naples. Doctor won’t see me without records and then will decide if he’ll take you. He’s obviously making great money. Who requests that even before seeing a patient.

Having been a patient of Dr Frank for many years, I am disappointed to say I would no longer recommend him, though our past relationship was quite satisfactory, I was treated very poorly based on the opinion of another patient and not given the opportunity to explain my side of the story before being dismissed (fired) as a patient.

Dr. Frank is an incredible cardiologist, and he is literally a life saver. He probably saved mine, for one, but I have read of other cases where is was instrumental in intervening when most needed. He always takes the time to make me feel like he really cares, and I trust him implicitly.
