Dr. Tsai seems consistently distracted and/or disinterested. He can be rather condescending as well. An example: he waited nearly 2 weeks to respond to an email and when I brought it to his attention he became defensive and attempted to blame the nursing staff for the delay.

Dr. Tsai has a sense of humor. He listens well and gives good feedback. On the telephone, you feel as though he is still giving you good eye contact, as his demeanor is the same as when you ARE looking him in the eye. I never have felt as though he has other things on his mind when he is talking/listening to me.

Excellent. Dr. Tsai was caring, engaged and really listened concerns regarding my health condition(s) he was patient and I didn’t feel rushed in any way, which is rare. I am so grateful my brother suggested I go to Dr Tsai. I’m confident that my heath care will improve under his care. Someone posted “Extremely poor time/patient management.” Today physicians are extremely busy with very heavy patient caseloads. Dr. Tsai is definitely worth the wait time.

Saw Dr. Tsai for the first time today. Super thrilled to be working with him, he was caring, took the time to listen and is really knowledgeable. I never felt rushed which I really appreciate and I am very confident he can help me. I am comfortable recommending Dr. Tsai.

Very kind with great bed manor. Took the time to understand baseline problems and genuinely cares about his patients. I did not know hat to expect with Kaiser, but I'm thrilled with Dr. Tsai.
