Dr. Griffith is fantastic. I was concerned when I suffered my serious spinal injury. Kaiser originally gave me the run around, eventually sending me to a spinal specialist who tried to push me onto drugs. I got a second opinion and met Dr. Griffith. Dr. Griffith was great. He understood my concerns about needing to get fixed and not just manage pain (I am a 37 year old police officer and avid weight lifter). After reviewing my MRI he said a cervical disc replacement would be necessary. He explained everything to me in simple to understand terms, and made me feel comfortable with the decision. On my surgery date, he checked in on me both before and after surgery, answering any and all of my questions. Post surgery, he was very responsive to my emails. Unlike other doctors I have experienced, he didn't brush aside my concerns, try to intimidate me with their degree and title by using convoluted medical terminology etc. Dr. Griffith saved my life and I owe him my eternal gratitude.

Confident, committed, caring.....These are the words I would first use to describe Dr. Griffith. His confidence in my brain surgery and its result carried over to my unflappable belief in its positive outcome. I never had a doubt. His commitment to my well being pre and post procedure were more than I could ask for. He never was unable to answer any and all my concerns at any moments notice as his time allowed. His caring of my well being and my post health are genuine and reassuring.
