Was somewhat of an emergency, at least to me, and the office was great getting me in the same day. Dr Hines was awesome, spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions.

Whew, I was so happy to learn I do not have to have surgery on my knee! Other options available, so I am happy to do that. He is also, my sons doctor and my sister and mother as well.

The visit was awesome! He’s the only orthopedist I would refer to as long as I’m alive. I know that he mainly just does the shoulder I believe and partial knee. I’m not sure of the other orthopedic stuff he can do. I think he can do most things. But my visit was so good like it always is every time I come in. And like I said before he saved my life last year when I had sepsis, he was greatly involved one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever had. I would never change. If you move to another country or another state, I probably would just fly there just to get care. All the staff, the x-ray staff, the receptionist, the check out the assistance. There are the best of the best and the most kindest even when you’re dragging your feet to leave you really don’t wanna leave because they make it so welcoming when you come in to see them.

Dr. Hines is very awesome in explaining to his patients about their care. He was very gentle with me when he gave me my injection shot. Dr. Hines really cares about each and everyone of his patients. The office staff is diverse and professional.

Dr Hines is great! He has excellent bedside manners, kind , courteous and explained every step of the procedure that he was going to be be doing on my knee, meniscus tear. The staff followed up to see how I was doing after my surgery. My follow up appointments were just as good and explaining the results of my surgery and what to expect in the coming months. He comes highly recommended from me and my family doctor also.

All was great before Dr. Hines and just got better not with great news. News I needed shoulder replacement in both shoulders. I’m 85 not a surprise. We talked of the steroid shots which I chose to do. The shots hurt like the devil but him and his assistant did great job trying to keep me focused. I still hurt some today but was given options if these shots don’t work as we planned. If all goes well I won’t be back for three months..
