Thorough, proactive doctor
Having worked in a field that required interface with area physicians, I had met virtually all the primary physicians in the Knoxville area. Dr. Lett stood out, so when my last primary physician retired, he was the first doctor I considered. Extremely thorough, he has addressed issues that have firmly placed me on a path to better health.

Pill Pusher and Fearmongering
He never wanted to listen to my struggles. He randomly decided I needed to focus on my asthma instead of my other problems. He prescribed me a medication for asthma that is known to worsen the effects of depression and anxiety even after quitting the medication!!! A month before seeing him I was in urgent care for anxiety! Do not blindly follow his guidance.

The Best Doctor I’ve ever seen
I have the biggest doctor anxiety and more times than not I cancel my appts in fear or pass out when I do go. Dr. Lett was recommended to me by a friend and I can’t say enough great things about him. I had my annual check up with him and he covered everything from A-Z with me while I’ve had other doctors in my past ask me if my insurance pays them to speak to me about my sinuses at annual checkups! He put me at ease and really made me feel comfortable through the entire appointment. This was the first ever doctors appointment where I did not pass out and could resume my day with ease. Blood work came back the next morning just as he said it would. I will most definitely be seeing him for all my future visits. He really is the best of the best!
