Rude, disrespectful office workers.

I like Dr. Lowe, he’s easy to talk to and is willing to try things that you suggest through your own research. His medical assistant is nice too. I always got a response when I reached out. My problem is with his PA. I believe she thinks she knows more than she does. I met with her a couple of times via a telehealth appointment. I had explained to her that I thought there was a fatty film in the toilet with my stool. She insisted that if I wasn’t digesting fat properly it would be much more obvious with large green globules, and that it was rare and seen mostly in bowel resections. Turns out after ultrasound and a HIDA scan, my gallbladder had an EF of 1%, and was removed a week later because it was chronically inflamed, and it was in fact fat I was seeing. She is misinformed. I haven’t heard a thing from this office since I had surgery.

He is very personable and takes time to listen. I never feel rushed during my appointment.

Dr. Lowe is the best doctor ever! If I could have him as my PC as well, I would jump at the chance. He is kind and reassuring. He also has a great sense of humor which I love!

Dr Lowe is the best. I've been seeing Dr Lowe for nearly ten years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is very personable, knowledgeable and provides excellent service. Dr Lowe's facility and staff are excellent as well.

I like Dr. Lowe. He is personable and easy to talk to. He's a knowledgeable physician and I feel he has my best interests in mind. I wish he'd include a lot more information summarizing the visit and explaining the next steps (get a test done; take this medication for X number of months and then do XYZ; schedule an appointment for 3 months out, etc). The office staff and how the practice is run need a significant overhaul in how patients are managed and responded to. Calls aren't answered. Information requests are often returned incomplete or not returned. I would love to give this doctor a 5-star rating but the office management and patient follow-up need significant improvement.

Been seeing Dr. Lowe for 15 years. Best in his field. His new office is small & crowded & wait time can be long but I don’t care, I can live with that. He makes up for it with his down-home demeanor, doesn’t try to rush you, etc.

My Experience with Dr. Lowe's practice was not good at all. I had a 2:00 apt today. I was asked to arrive 30 minute early which I did. At 2:40 I left the office having not yet been seen. While a Pharmaceutical company rep walked right in with her arm full of goodies for the office. Fifteen minutes after that I still had not been seen. Good Dr. lousy office practices. Now I'll need to wait weeks to get a difficult situation dealt with.

Dr. Lowe is one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited. He is pleasant, concerned, listens and has the unique ability to understand what I was trying to explain. Dr. Lowe was even willing to alter his schedule to get me the answers and care I needed.

Dr. Lowe is the BEST doctor I've ever seen and, trust me, given my numerous medical conditions, I've seen very many. He's everything you'd hope for in a doctor: great listener, attentive, compassionate, supremely knowledgeable, funny when appropriate, takes his time, down to earth, just flat out outstanding care. I wish he could be cloned for every specialty!

My first time for any procedure, including general anesthesia. The whole experience was great, very kind, friendly and professional. Easy choice.

Dr. Lowe is an exceptional physician, and we feel he is the best gastroenterologist out there. I have been going to Dr. Lowe since 2013, and my husband and daughter are also patients of his. He really listens to what you have to say and takes the time to explain things so you fully understand. He is so thorough and will do whatever he feels necessary to figure out your issue. He is very caring and has a warm personality and great sense of humor. He really makes you feel like you are part of his family. We can't say enough good things about Dr. Lowe and the wonderful care he gives us. He is our favorite doctor, and we highly recommend him to anyone that needs the VERY BEST in gastro care.

If I could give Dr. Lowe TEN stars I would. A doctor who 100% CARES! To describe him in one word, AMAZING!!! He is the BEST Dr. I’ve ever had, and I’ve been going to him for almost ten years now. He’s compassionate, TRULY listens to your concerns and puts your mind at ease, empathetic, and most importantly, knowledgeable! Dr. Lowe – THANK you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my health, I’m so grateful to have found you all those years ago!

Dr. Lowe is just AMAZING!! I had GI issues following a surgery (not related to the surgery) and he really went the extra mile to figure it all out.. He made it a point to talk and discuss the surgery with my surgeon (Dr Haley- who is an excellent surgeon) so he had all the relevant info.. He called me at 7am and said he was calling Chandler Regional to get me admitted to do the required testing.. that was such a relief to me!! Got in the hospital and did the testing and 3 days later I was feeling so much better and eating again!! Dr Lowe is very compassionate and his first priority is you and to get you fixed up.. He has a very calming kind nature and you feel like you are talking to a real friend that just wants to help you feel better!!! I felt so relieved when he said " we are going to get you feeling better real soon Doug" and boy was he right!!! If you have any GI issues Dr Lowe is your go to guy! Thanks so much Dr Lowe!! I can get back enjoying retirement.. You are the best!!

Dr. Lowe is the most knowledgeable and caring physician I have ever known. I have been his patient since February 2013.

The front desk staff and their greeting approach leaves much to be desired, Dr Lowe makes up for it in spades! I had seen Dr Lowe 6 years ago following an ER visit. The issue settled and I didn’t want to do a colonoscopy at that time. Fast forward to age 50 and it was time to get my first colposcopy. I remembered he had a nice disposition, so I returned. He reviewed my chart and spent time chatting with me. He was engaging and compassionate and very competent. Bedside manner is unsurpassed!

Dr Lowe is amazing. After seeing other doctors with no results he actually listened to me and found that I had pancreatic cancer. He immediately set me up with the best oncologist and surgeon in Arizona. 18 months later I am still here in remission thanks to his ability to listen.

Wonder doctor that takes his time, and you feel like he really cares because he does. I had colon cancer, and I walked out of his office sure that I would be ok, and I was. That was 7 years ago. I go back for check ups and am still please with the care he provides.
