Updated Review: I'm actually changing a review that I submitted just a few short weeks ago as the quality of care received has drastically decreased since my initial review and this can be attributed entirely to the office staff. I arrived for an ultrasound appointment on a Friday (Oct 8) thinking that I would be seeing Dr. Oppenheim immediately after that. I was told that that was not the case and that Dr. Oppenheim wasn't even in the office on this particular day. Upon exiting, I could actually hear Dr. Oppenheim in one of the exam rooms so I knew with certainty that he was in fact there that day. I receptionist advised me that I could either make a follow-up appointment or request a telemed appointment. I opted for a telemed appointment and I was told that someone would contact me. Nobody did. Called back a week later and was made a telemed appt for Monday @ 3:30pm and that I would receive a link. I never did. Now I have to call back and go through this hassle again!

Dr.Oppenheim is a skilled and knowledgeable professional. Above all, he is a kind and warm person. He patiently guided us through the diagnostic and treatment procedures and took the time to answer our questions. He is very attentive, understanding, and respectful. Thanks to Dr.Oppenheim, my husband and I were able to return to our daily routine after months of suffering and endless sleepless nights. His office staff is always professional and courteous.

Dr Oppenheim is a very skilled professional. He is thorough, patient, Knowledgeable and understanding. I was very nervous and worried and because of his professionalism, he calmed my fears. He is a great man and i will not hesitate to recommend him to any one. Great job

He is a wonderful caring Doctor who helped me get rid of a large kidney stone around October 2019. His bedside manner is very good & very caring.

I must say, I was very impressed with EVERY aspect of my visit with Dr. Oppenheim. His knowledge goes without saying. Top notch. I was taken aback, though, by his patience and kindness. He took the time to listen patiently to the questions I had. I didn't feel rushed. He answered those questions in a way that was very easy for me to understand. The staff that I encountered were friendly and assistive. I was also glad that any procedures/tests that he recommended I need are done right there at the office, not a hospital. His office and the building in which it's in is very easy to find. Overall, a great experience. Should the need arise for anyone I know to need a urologist, I'm definitely recommending Dr. Oppenheim and his staff.

Dr. Oppenheim is a very caring and compassionate Doctor, He does excellent work and fixed a previous surgery that did not work. He took a lot of time with me to tell me what was wrong and that he COULD repair me. I have been recommending him to my friends and relatives already. He put me at ease through the entire situation and I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!
