Dr Palazzari and his staff are fantastic! He started seeing our twins in 2005 and then when our third child born in 2007 was there to usher him in. He expanded his practice to become Family Practice; so my wife and I were eager to see him. Dr Palazzari has always had an amazing bedside manner and spends the time necessary to evaluate the whole patient before collaboratively deciding on the recommended course of care. We couldn’t be happier with his practice!

Over the past few years the staff has turned over and the existing staff is extremely unfriendly. This is the second time when I was the ONLY person in the waiting room and I hear them talking in the back office clueless I was there for my scheduled appointment, on time. 15 minutes later Tracy (the front desk) comes and sits at the desk and not a "hello" or "we will be with you soon" she didn't even acknowledge I was there. 7 minutes later the door open and they call for me. Ridiculous

Although I have since moved out of the area, Dr. Palazzari was my doctor for a number of years and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly respectful, friendly and thorough. Insurance and billing issues were non-existent. His staff was always helpful and welcoming. I've had a number of doctors over my lifetime, but there were none I've felt as content with.

Do not expect open communication about billable procedures before they are performed. Your bill may surprise you. Also if you have follow ups like prescriptions or blood work you should expect to have to call in to remind them to fill them or send you results.

My husband is a patient here, and in dealing with the office and billing on his behalf, I am now a patient. They all, from billing to front office, and nurse practictioners, helped with my needs immediately and all very friendly in the process. I would highly recommend this practice--both professional, efficient and friendly!

I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Palazzari but was not allowed to do so because he has decided not to honor his contract with my insurance. A shame that a doctor would agree to provide services, accept new patients, and then reneg on that when someone needs to see him. Was also informed by his staff that he is even no longer seeing existing patients with this insurance because they are slower on claims. Shame on you!! Why would you punish patients because your staff doesn't submit
