Very RUDE WOMEN AT THIS OFFICE…office personnel
I had to address a physical issue with Dr. Paley who has been my doctor for over 15 years!! I called the office to see if doctor Paley was available to speak on the phone…wow the rudeness of the office people was completely unrealistic….I was offended by their reaction of course I would have asked,for a call from Dr. Paley after he had finish with his patients…I really felt offended by the verbal interaction with the office staff…I am considering and seeking a new doctor who has a decent office staff which will listen and be polite with patients….sorry Adam but your staff today Mon Jun 27 was extremely RUDE.

Adam is a very good and thorough communicator. He is also a conservative physician opting for the least aggressive treatments first.
