Test results were never explained
Communication was never provide after testing, I guess your supposed to read results in my chart and understand medical terminology, no follow up from doctor, or office. Even his PA was frustrated ,so we went to Duke to get answers two hours away.

New patient
I’m new to the area & just getting established with a cardiologist. Dr Phlum did not rush the appointment, explained things well, discussed plans going forward & made me comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend him.

Save your time
He was a referral and did nothing to help.me. I was expecting a eccogram or at least an ultrasound considering my history of bloodclots. He is a cardiologist so checking more than my lungs and heart beat would have helped. His office rescheduled me so I ended up in my regular time slot but I got to wait 2 hours.
