Absolutely amazing
I had my first visit with him today at 35 weeks because I really needed to switch OBs. Did not trust my old one to deliver our baby. I was absolutely amazed by him and the staff. Very very impressed. He was happy to answer any of my questions and spent the time making sure that I was taken care of with what I needed. I have had a high risk pregnancy due to recurrent loss, a blood clotting disorder and high blood pressure. They made sure I was all taken care of and checked for everything. They really know what they are doing here and you can tell they genuinely care about the patients. Very refreshing change! Awesome doctor and awesome staff

Listened to all my concerns and made me feel present and involved in every step! He is straight forward, but gentle in delivery of things that don’t want to be heard.

Dr Sandlin is excellent. Not only is he one of the best and most experienced high risk OBGYN doctors in our state he is also caring, compassionate, and attentive. Dr Sandlin has given our family two wonderful blessings and we hope for more. Some people might not need high risk attention, but why not seek the best during your pregnancy? I highly recommend Dr Sandlin and the incredible team at UAMS. Should you be in a scary situation as my sister and I were, Dr Sandlin is the doctor you want in the delivery room with you.

I had a pregnancy turn high risk at 16 weeks due to growth restriction bc my chronic blood pressure was so high. I had a stillborn baby at 25 weeks. Dr. Sandlin was the one who couldn't find any heartbeat. He was very thorough to prove to me my son had died. He was very gentle and so emphatic and he really felt bad for me and that this had happened. He took alot of time to explain things to me and tried so hard to comfort me. My main question was what do I tell my children who are going to be so disappointed... I was crushed and dreaded hurting them like I was and he explained it to me to explain to them the sweetest way that they could understand. He really cared so very much and he is a very nice and knowledgable totally capable man even for a suprisingly young looking doctor. He looks shockingly young. But hes just as good as my other wonderful perfect older doctor, william garner. I'm pregnant again and going back to Sandlin. Plus his name is adam sandlin, like adam sandler.

Dr. Sandlin was the high risk doctor on call when I was admitted to Baptist Health for a severe case of preeclampsia/Hellp syndrome. He spent hours with us through a very trying time, explaining all of the risks and what choices we had to make. We ended up losing our little girl at 21 weeks due to my liver failing/extremely high blood pressure. Dr. Sandlin was there the next morning to offer his sympathies. I couldn't imagine going through what we did without him. Incredible doctor.

Dr. Sandlin is the best. My pregnancy was high risk due to multiple fibroids, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in every aspect of his care for me as his patient. He always took the time to answer any questions and to listen to any concerns I had. He is one of the nicest doctors I have ever encountered, I would recommend him 10 times over to anyone looking for excellent obstetrics care.

I'm currently seeing Sandlin for the 2nd pregnancy and will never go to another OB! He also did my Cesarean and my scar is beautiful, parts have disappeared. He is super supportive of moms with PPD and Hyperemesis.
