Left ear hearing not returned to normal after Covid in early January

Dr Spiess was very prompt and introduced himself to me and asked me a few questions concerning my ears and the problem I was having. He quickly checked both ears and removed any wax buildup.

Dr. Spiess is kind, knowledgeable, proficient, and personable. He also doesn't overschedule, and I very much appreciate getting in and out of the office quickly.

Called about a bit of silicone earpiece that had been n my ear for too long, it wasn't bothersome but needed to be addressed. Dr. Spiess' office got me in the same day (within an hour) and he extracted the object without issue. He's a very pleasant physician and the practice is very efficient and friendly.

Dr. Spiess listened to all my symptoms before conducting his exam. After the exam he answered all the questions that I had. I am waiting for any additional information or conclusions until after the bloodwork has been analyzed.

I have had multiple appointments and every appointment is extremely rushed (multiple have been under 5 minutes!). I never get to explain my symptoms fully. Dr does not say much and does not provide explanations. I am always left feeling in the dark about my condition and next steps. My concerns and issues feel like they are being dismissed and minimized.On top of feeling rushed and dismissed, each appointment has led to a completely different 'diagnosis' of what's causing my issues. When I ask a follow-up question about a diagnosis that was mentioned in my prior appointment to get clarification, my question is shrugged off as if I pulled that information out of thin air. This has led to more confusion on my part and more feeling in the dark.The nurses' line has more than not been full and they are unable to receive new voicemails. Out of the times I have been able to leave a voicemail, I have only gotten a call back once. Other voicemails were never returned.
