Dr. Adam Zelka, MD

Dr. Zelka is my kids Dr and he's amazing! He has always listened to my concerns and made sure they were treated and he always gets to the bottom of the issue! So thankful they have him !

I have been a patient of Dr. Zelka’s for nine years now and can not say enough good things about him. He has always been knowledgeable, compassionate and an excellent listener. Over the years Dr. Zelka has not only provided me exceptional care as my primary doctor but has also helped me navigate through many tests, procedures, referrals to specialists and surgeries. His nurse, Linda, has always taken the time to talk to me personally by phone and then communicate with him directly about my health needs between appointments. In my opinion the entire staff at SCL-St. Vincent Heights Family Medicine is fantastic and Dr. Zelka is irreplaceable!

Dr. Zelka has been our family physician for the last several years. No matter how busy the office is, I never feel like he rushes the appointment. He hears us out and really puts thought into each visit. He is also made himself very available when I have called with questions or emailed through mychart. He took particularly great care of my daughter during a routine appointment when she expressed that she was stressed and sad sometimes. He allowed her to just talk to him about different things going on in her life. He never rushed her and it was greatly appreciated. Dr. Zelka is not quick to over prescribe and really cares about finding and treating any underlying condition. He treats without judgement and I really feel he prioritizes my family's health. Best family physician we've ever had.

Adam is amazing. He truly is a doctor in every sense of the word and I am so thankful we found him when we did. If your in the market for a new family physician, you will undoubtedly be thrilled with the quality of service delivered by Heights Family Practice and Dr. Adam Zelka.

Dr Zelka just happened to live across the street from me and being new to Billings I needed a new family doctor. After being here for two years he is now my personal doctor. He is from the UW, a great school and he and his dad have a legacy here. He is understanding and thoughtful with his decisions. Great doctor and I highly recommend him. Cmart!

My very first visit was disappointing. Dr Zelka seemed almost disinterested and almost preoccupied. He ordered a series of blood tests for several health issues i have had over the years and given my age one would think hed of shown more concern. After my initial visit i was told id be contacted with the results of the blood tests. After almost two weeks of no word i finally received my test results in the mail....no call from the doctor a nurse or anyone from Zelkas office.
