Not Impressed. Not Returning
I was looking for a doctor closer to where I had moved, in Tipton, IN. At my initial appointment, he did not even do any form of examination. He also acted impatient, distracted, and was clearly irritated by questioning any of his recommendations. I am not impressed and will absolutely not use him as my primary care physician. I'll be returning to my doctor in Westfield.

Non-focused. Abrupt. Looked at his computer more than me. Made statement about my nerve damage on clinical notes without examining me. Clinical notes were informative as to his statements about my health and I believe everyone should log on to the portal and read them after you visit him. I would not return.

Had to cancel first appointment do to insurance issues and this dr has a policy if you cancel your first appointment you can not make another one with him. Essentially you are blacklisted. I did inform him of why I had to cancel and was told that was fine, when I went to remake my appointment it got scheduled, then I got a call telling me I could not be a patient there because I canceled my first appointment and that they had to cancel my appointment.

I met Dr Haynes during his humanitarian work with Team Rubicon in Aricibo, Puerto Rico. I have never had an adjustment before in my life and was in dire need. He Adjusted me and I’ve never felt better in my life. Thank you for the work that you do and for selflessly helping the people of Puerto Rico.

I was a patient of Dr. Mabel's for many years and was a littler nervous getting a new doctor when he retired. I instantly connected with Dr. Haynes and loved that he was also a DO. He's professional, kind and has a great personality. I've never had any problems with scheduling and my appointments are done in a timely manor. His staff is great and personable. I have recommended him to many friends and family members!

Kind, comforting and knowledgeable guy! The staff was relaxed and helpful. Quick to schedule. Great intent and holistic approach eased all my worries and sent me on my way quickly. My family is very please he took over the practice.

Waited 1:45 mins in the room to see him. Even before does a very cursory exam and does not take complaints seriously. Most problematic is how long a patient has to wait in room to see him.

Excellent doctor and caring. Great sense of humor. I called in and was able to talk to the front desk girl quickly. I scheduled my appointment around my schedule with ease. I was in the waiting room less then 10 minutes and he saw me exactly as my scheduled time. I called later in the day with a question that I forgot to ask and they got me an answer in less then an hour. I plan on being a patient for life!

I used to be a patient of Dr. Mabel's at this practice for years. He recently retired and Dr. Haynes took over his patients. I can't comment on his ability as a Doctor but the staff at this practice has gone down hill since he took over. They are disorganized and difficult to work with. I have had multiple issues in scheduling appointments and getting prescriptions refilled. You can't get anyone live on the phone and I have yet to get a call back when I have left a voicemail.

Dr. Haynes is a doctor with a sense of humor. Some patients may not appreciate laughter. Some patients may be upset that their physician is no longer in practice and instead of researching for a good fit for them they are willing to give a bad review to someone due to a personality difference. I love Dr. Haynes, I have recommended him to friends. He takes care of my whole family. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his approach to medicine. My kids like him too!

I didn't find Dr. Haynes rigid or a joke. I enjoy the fact that Dr. Haynes has a sense of humor and is easy to talk to. Laughter is good for the body. He listened to my issues and addressed them professional.
