Very thorough, took her time

The wife and I have been patients for going on 3 years, and intend to continue. Physicals are thorough (particularly the Cleveland labs), and it's easy to make a same-or-next-day appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brannen’s for over 10 years and have always felt well cared for. At MDVIP the ease of making an appointment with no pressures is even better. I am never rushed and I know I can ask as many questions as I need to. The access to the on site lab (thank you Lisa) is great. Call backs are quick with complete understanding. Dr. Brannen’s assistant Amanda is equally as caring and helpful. Virtual appointments quick and easy if necessary. The thoroughness of care is outstanding. Knowing my doctor is only a phone call away is wonderful feeling. The entire staff is always courteous and anxious to help - from the front (Michelle) desk throughout.

Dr. Brannen is an exceptional physician, possessing qualities of kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, and empathy. When it comes to your health, she goes beyond just hearing your concerns. She excels at uncovering the underlying causes of your ailments and promptly provides comprehensive explanations and treatment recommendations. I simply cannot fathom receiving medical care from anyone else. In fact, I've yet to come across any other doctors who can match her unparalleled medical expertise and level of care.

Dr. Brannon is the best problem solver and willing to do further research to find all answers to medical observations.

Dr. Brannen takes great pains to know her patients. She listens to your concerns and questions. She always follows with discussions to insure patient understanding. She is very caring for each of her patients. I appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to solve a problem. I have been one of her patients for more than 20 years.

I used to see this doctor when she was with Texas Gulf Coast Medical Group. They would overbook patients and I would wait hours to see her and when she finally came she would spent 3 minutes with me. No respect for the patient.

I used to like her until I found out I have to pay $1,650/yr on top of what my insurance doesn't pay just to see her. So disappointed that she is excluding middle and low income patients.

Went in today to thyroid checked and pain in my shoulders, neck and back of my head when asked about MRI and testing for fluid on my brain (I have a history of it) we got a long speech about them and cost of insurance. Got prescribed muscle relaxers. Had one person tell me I have to be fasting for blood work on the thyroid. But never told that when making the appointment the list goes on!

Kindhearted and competent. Not worth the extensive wait. I could drive to Methodist for a 5-star physician in the Medical Center in the time spent waiting.

I have been sitting in a room for the last hour. I've seen her before and she wastes too much time. Only reason I have to see her again is because my other doctor was completely booked. She finally came in and wasted my time yet again. I have a sore throat and that's it. I don't need unnecessary testing. Never seeing her again
