Worst pulmonologist ever. Not sure how she gets great ratings. My son has been so sick and she told him it will go away by itself. Completely clueless does not confer with any other doctors in the practice. Not even interested in helping someone who is sick and she does not know what it is. I have seen many bad pulmonologists but this one has a great reputation but fits in the bad pulmonologist category!!! I'd give her negative 10 stars if I could. Office management is very difficult to deal with. I switched from another bad pulmonogist in this practice to Sukkar and they cancel appts an hour before. They gave us a really hard time to switch doctors at the practice. Very badly run place and I have seen 3 of the pulmonologists there and they were all bad!!!

Dr. Sukkar is a gift from above. She is a true doctor in every sense of the word. Compassionate and in tune. My dear octogenarian aunt is suffering from several forms of cancer, including pulmonary. Underlying chronic pulmonary conditions complicate treatment. Dr. Sukkar has been remarkable in keeping my aunt here. She is attentive to every detail and includes quality of life in her treatment plan decisions. Her finger is on the pulse - she is right with her patient every step of the way.

Dr. Sukkar has been my Pulmonologist treating my COPD for approximately ten years. We have been through both good and bad times, but Dr. Sukkar has stood steadfast as my professional healthcare provider who ALWAYS remained honest, positive, and caring. Her most significant virtue is that she is an excellent LISTENER! I remain extremely happy to have chosen Dr. Sukkar as my Pulmonologist. NONE BETTER!!
