Dr. Zafar and his team, including Valerie and Elizabeth, are absolutely incredible. They genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Zafar is very flexible when it comes to working with patients. With every visit, I feel as though I have gained positive insight. I would not be where I am today without the help from him and his team.

Dr. Zafar is one of the best men I have ever known. There is nothing about him which is unkind, impatient or dishonest. I have been seeing him a number of years and he is not judgemental, is very knowledgeable and sincere. I may not agree with everything he says but I know he speaks from the heart. No need to continue because nothing about his caring and credibility ever change.

Zafar has played a significant role in my overall life and success. I have been going to him for almost two years now, and I am definitely a better person than I was before.He has an incredible way of communicating and connecting with people; he truly has your best interests at heart. I feel incredibly safe, listened to, and supported in our interactions.I am grateful to have Zafar as part of my journey toward overall success, happiness, and well-being.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES EVER. They don't return calls or texts for DAYS. The dr seemed gine, but he needs to FIRE his staff because they are losing him business. It took over a week to finally hear back about rescheduling an appointment THEN I got a text telling me my kid MISSED his CANCELED appointment!!Get your act together people!!

First psychiatrist that has actually cared 100% recommend

From my very first consultation with Dr. Zafar, I felt an immediate sense of relief and assurance. His ability to listen intently and understand the intricacies of my thoughts and feelings was unparalleled. Each session was a testament to his vast knowledge, empathy, and genuine commitment to patient well-being. For anyone seeking guidance, understanding, and a path to better mental health, I cannot recommend Dr. Zafar enough. He is not just a psychiatrist; He is a beacon of hope in the sometimes murky waters of mental health.

Dr Zafar diagnosed and treated me with empathy in a time of crisis. He was easy to talk to, and we had a transparent relationship. Any veterans dealing with PTSD I strongly recommend to Dr Zaffar. Thank you Dr for everything :)!

Dont recommend he doesn't listen and didn't care.

I have seen many psychiatrist over the years and they all were 5 minute appointments. I saw Dr Zafar with the same mindset but it’s been sooo different!! He actually takes his time and asks questions. Every appointment he makes sure I am stable and makes sure we covered everything. When I have had issues after hours he’s called back within 30 minutes!!

I've been seeing Dr. Zafar for almost 2yrs now and at 27yo I have him to thank for being able to properly diagnose, treat and stabilize my mental health the way no previous doctor has been able to. He's empathetic, listened to my concerns and continues to do so during each visit (virtual/via telephone call primarily, given the distance to his practice + our established patient history). He referred me for testing that was able to finally diagnose my ADHD, which had gone untreated for my entire life, and after testing a few alternatives, prescribed me stimulant medication that completely changed my life for the better. I'm on a level of SSRI medication that work well in combo with the stimulant and now I'm at a maintenance level and able to tackle life the way I've always wanted to and known I could. I have regular appointments with him for refills and to check-in, but I've got the tools to make strides to better my life now, and things have never been better. Thank you, Dr. Zafar!

Said he would make sure I didn’t run out of medicine while finding a new dr because he dropped me, but he didn’t give me a refill on one of my meds like he promised he would and ignores every one of my calls and messages. He knew my biggest fear was abandonment and he abandoned me.

Dr. Zafar is the only Psychiatrist who was able to prescribe the medication I needed to improve my quality of life! He also helped out another family member who has struggled his whole life.

Dr. Zafar treated me for over three nightmarish years as I sufferd through the horrific symptoms of Xanax withdrawl afterTWENTY SEVEN YEARS of its abuse. He was always supportive and reassuring that I would be able to heal and restore both my mental and physical health.

I was Dr. Zafar's patient for over three years when I missed his call for a virtual appointment by a couple of minutes (there's actually more to the story than that, but I'll try to keep things simple). I immediately called him back, left a message, and proceeded to call the office multiple times over the next week to try to reschedule my appointment. I left multiple messages and never got a call back. Luckily, my mental health is stable and I was able to find another doctor in the meantime, even though I was out of medication for about a month. It is clear that he and his office staff don't care very much about their patients. You shouldn't have to beg someone that you've paid thousands of dollars to over the years to call you back.

I started seeing Dr Zafar over three years ago after my other provider relocated. He changed my medications and am now considerably better. I recommend him to anyone that is having trouble with mental illness. Valerie is awesome too. She is very helpful and efficient. She stays on top of everything. Precision Psychiatric is a great place and I can’t praise them enough.

Dr. Zafar always gives me all of the time I need. He is direct (which I need) and makes sure all of my questions are answered before I leave the office. Good about calling in refills in a timely manner.

Mental health is something many don't really understand. It's a disability that is unrecognizable. My mental health care has been managed by Dr. Zadar for the last 3 years. Dr Zafar is AWESOME!!! Professional, professional office staff and takes quality time with his patients. You don't feel like you are just a number. I moved 8 hours away and still make appointments to see him and I WOULD NOT SEE ANYONE ELSE.

Dr. Zafar has been very good to me and helpful in my mental health journey. He has been so good in the process of finding the correct meds for me.

This Dr. gets it. Knowledgeable, listens and supports. Truly committed in getting you to to be your best. Virtually no wait time. Front desk is personable ,answers questions and actually calls back when you leave a message. Nice.

Dr. Zafar is terrific. My son, who is on the autism spectrum sees him and I go to the appointments with him. He truly listens and understands the issues. Too many psychiatrists are 15-minute med managers and he is FAR from that. He will prescribe meds if needed but that's not the first tool he uses. Highly recommend.
