I've been a patient of Dr. Sanchez's for several years and have decided to jump ship after consistently terrible service. When I am lucky enough to get an appointment, which typically takes at least 6 months of lead time (and many calls), I always have to wait 30-40 minutes to be seen by a technician. Sanchez will then show up for like 30 seconds to poke around. Don't try to cancel an appointment or you will be met with a $30 fee (and wait another 6 months to reschedule). The worst!

BEWARE OF DR. ADRIAN SANCHEZ Would you want to hire a dentist who abandons his clients? Anybody considering retaining Adrian Sanchez should first read the following: Adrian Sanchez was my regular dentist for a brief time. I decide to replace a poorly fitted crown on my front tooth, damaged in grade school. After replacing the crown I experienced severe pain. I went to his office for a follow-up visit. He wanted me to pay before he would even speak to me about my pain and s

We would have been new patients with this doctor but have decided against it. I was placed on hold 4 times before I was told that he would not see more than 2 family members at a time. So I would have to choose between my husband and I or our 11 year old daughter. When I inquired about it; the representative who constantly placed me on hold replied "I just work here". To top it off; there would be no services performed at the initial appointment because it was just a consultation.

Dr Sanchez is a fabulous dentist. Very personable, kind, caring. I dislike dentists and I won't go to any other dentist. We love him to death. Makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have recommended Dr Sanchez to many of our friends and I know that several of them do go there and really like him.
