Dr. Thomas listens to, and includes the patient
Before Dr. Thomas, I saw 4 different spine specialists. Each told me my condition (although a sudden onset) was age-related and that physical therapy and pain medications, were my only options. During physical therapy, my condition worsened to the point where walking was nearly impossible. A Family Medicine doctor referred me to this practice and Dr. Thomas evaluated me. Dr. Thomas identified a possible reason for my worsening condition. His recommendation included a conservative procedure which restored nearly all of my normal movement. While I know that not every patient who sees Dr. Thomas will have the restorative results that I have, I also know that Dr. Thomas achieved my results because as an experienced and compassionate doctor, he was interested in the details of my history (events I thought may have contributed to my sudden loss of normal spine use), and most important he knows spinal intricacies. Dr. Thomas set realistic expectations, and I got my life back.

Don’t even waste your time.
The rudest and most unprofessional “doctor” I have ever experienced. He was dismissive, rude, and embarrassing. Told me to find the door after he said you can leave now. I have never experienced such an unprofessional a hole in my life. I wouldn’t trust my dolls with this man let alone my own body. RUN!

Magical hands
Dr.Thomas has an aloof style attitude. But he is wonderful. He operated on me very successfully and took good care of me before and after surgery. His kindness and demeanor the day of the surgery was reassuring. I would refer anyone there. He is direct and to the point. He released me from the awful pain I was in. His staff at Bedford knows him well so there is a comfortable feeling of teamwork.

ToBo
Dr. Thomas was dismissive and inattentive. He dictated notes through the meeting, seemed bothered by questions, and generally rushed through the consult. I did not feel as though I was receiving adequate care.

Awful Experience
Worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional. He didn't take the time to explain anything to me, wouldn't give me a straight answer to any question I asked and was talking to me like I was ignorant. He even took a phone call from his kid in the middle of my exam. I finally told him the discussion wasn't helpful and asked him to wrap up whatever he was doing on the laptop so I could check out and leave. He spent more time talking into the microphone connected to his laptop than he did examining me. Everyone else I interacted with in the office was super nice. I'm confident he is an exception in the office, but I just can't go back again after this experience.

Read the reviews, is Dr. Thomas civil + a "best neurosurgeon" only with patients who need surgery? In 2016,"You can MOVE your arms + feet + you're NOT in a wheelchair. You're fine, there's nothing wrong!!" Was his shockingly rude response to,"I can't move my head even a little bit is why I'm here + my neck was totally OK, with just no big deal mild arthritis in my neck before the injury happened. I went dancing + out for dinner a few nights before. It's all in the 2 MRI reports. By chance, an MRI for mild neck arthritis was done right before injury happened + an MRI was done after." Dr. Thomas stormed out the door, had no ideas or advice for what to do for an injured cervical (neck) spinal cord, so I could go back to being physically able to live my, was mostly wonderful life again. Like watching a bad movie. MD KNEW, UU me, read + compared the 2 MRI reports, had tears in his eyes. BTW=2 yrs medical treatment fixed it. :-)

I would highly recommend Dr Thomas. When my local orthopedic dr told me they couldn’t help me, I branched out of my area and got a second opinion at the NH Neurospine Institute and requested Dr Thomas. I told him he was my miracle Dr and he saved my life after doing my back surgery. I no longer have that shooting pain down my leg either. Wonderful place!

Awesome staff, administrative and nursing - you don't have to worry about difficulty with insurance, appts, follow ups, wait times, etc. Have their stuff together!! Dr Adrian Thomas is simply amazing and I'm so glad I went to him. We went thru steroid injections and finally decided fusion surgery was the route to go. I had full confidence in his abilities and thank goodness for him because now I'm pain free! Thank you!! Also, he and his staff went far and beyond their responsbility after finding a nodule on my thyroid upon a follow up visit -FAR beyond what anyone else would have ever done. Truly grateful. Highly recommend Dr Thomas and his staff.

Dr. Adrian Thomas literally saved my life. After having gone through several doctors, many procedures and several years of physical therapy to be told by a Orthopedic surgeon there was nothing that could be done for my neck pain (I was told I have a bad neck). Dr. Thomas ordered one test to determine whether or not he could help me. That one test changed my life, we scheduled surgery for a month later and I have been pain free ever since. Thank you Dr, Thomas and staff for everything.

I was directed to this Doctor to help me with constant headaches and dizziness.. The man never examined me, he sat at his computer typing and telling me nothing was wrong with me. He's rude arrogant and didn't care. Never again.

Dr Thomas is AMAZING, he fixed a neck problem my doctors had basically been covering up for 8 years.... Once I'm healed I certainly won't return to NH neurospine again though. I would however return to Dr Thomas if need be in the future..... If he were to either go to a more respectable practice, or start his own.

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this angry, disrespectful poor excuse of a healthcare professional. I have never been treated so badly in my life. and I will be reporting his behavior to the medical licencing board.

The worst medical treatment. He is rude and condescending as you lay there in pain. He skipped simple tests and went right for the expensive treatments He even refused PT tests when I requested them for SSDI.I was always rushed in the office, but kept waiting 45+ mins at times + the walls are thin so you can hear him swearing in the hall talking to nurses or about other patients. The office staff is outright dumb and useless-expect them to mess up your paperwork and appts. A nightmare.
