I’ve been seeing Dr Pratt for several years. I’m a very difficult medical case. She takes time with me, listens, is always professional, caring, kind ,knowledgeable, and proactive. When I first started seeing her I thought, wow, she’s a hard case. It does seem like she’s making you jump through hoops, but after years of being under her care I have come to realize she is only trying to hold me to task on things that I need to be accountable to myself about. Following up with her and specialists she refers me to, doing preventative screenings, making sure I’m taking my medications. If you want a doctor who will rubber stamp any prescription you ask for and simply hold out their hand for your payment not concerned about any symptoms you describe that could have potential life threatening underlying conditions, definitely google telemed. If you want a wonderful Doctor, see Dr Adriana Pratt in Bee Cave, Tx. I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with every ARC doctor I’ve ever seen!

Not worth it
I would not recommend her. Complete waste of time. I went for my annual physical and establish care and had to tell her all the things I would like for her to test.

I consulted Dr. Pratt twice at the ARC Bee Cave location for a hospitalization follow up which was due to dehydration. Dr. Pratt put a billing code of hypertension due to which my travel insurance rejected the claims saying it’s a pre-existing condition and I have to pay around $600 out of pocket as insurance is not paying anything. My daughter-in-law (who has my HIPAA authorization) went several times to ARC Bee Cave and ARC billing department to have the code corrected, but they refused to help us. I was charged around $300 for each visit, which is more than twice any other general physician doctor would charge for a follow-up visit like mine. I would request ARC to immediately reduce the billed amount by at least half as they have already charged double and my insurance is not covering anything. I hope they understand the situation and do the needful to address my genuine concern.

Dr. Pratt listens well and I feel confident that she knows what she is doing. Her office staff, however, cannot even handle refill requests. Bad office communication.

I recently had my annual exam with her. Since this was also my first appointment with her, she was very thorough, interested in my history and was never rushed.

Dr. Pratt might be a fine Dr., not sure since I have only seen her once for an annual physical. However, the simple task of calling in prescription renewals is seemingly beyond this office capability. Since my exam last October, every single one of mine have been totally messed up. And when I call to try to get it fixed, am told that they will call me back later as everyone is busy. Still waiting for those calls!
