My recent appoint was top notch. I was greeted with a warm and friendly reception. The check in progress was a breeze if you complete the process prior to your visit. The waiting area is always clean and well organized. I didn't have to wait long before seeing the Dr. Ross. Dr.Ross and nurse were very attentive and listen to my questions during visits. My examination Dr. Ross gave me was very thorough and she explained the procedure what will happen prior to my surgery and what to expect afterwards. The professionalism, expertise, and empathy of the staff, combined with efficient and organized clinic environment made my experience positive and very at ease. I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone who is having problems with their feet or ankles Dr. Ross and crew are waiting to assist you in walking your best strive again pain free. It will be your best decision; trust me.

Dr. Ross is an Angel and is the BEST Dr that I've ever in my life had the privilege to be a patient of. Her knowledge of podiatry skills absolutely just blows my mind. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my feet and trust her with my life, which has been a possibility of losing thru the infections and issues over the past 10 years. Truly an amazing Dr as well as an individual. She, in my eyes, has gained her wings and halo and I'd advocate for and to our Father above for her!!! Just AMAZING Dr

Dr. Ross doesn’t play she is the BEST! I had to move out west and I have the same injury dr. Ross healed in a couple months! If you’re reading this Dr. Ross I neeeeeeed you these folks are messing me up (sad face). I know you remember me Lisa with the red lipstick I’m crying.

I never got a chance to visit. I got a morning phone call to set up my appointment and the only thing that happened on the call was to let me know that I hadn't met my deductible. So my cost for the appointment would be out of pocket. I understand that going to the doctor is still a business but when did caring to help someone feel better go out the window. The young lady I talked to didn't ask any questions about my ankle just basically if I could pay for it. I will find somewhere else that I feel has more care for the patient then the pocket. I never got to meet Dr. Ross just the young lady that called me this morning.

Dr. Ross is a beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She's kind, thorough, patient and very professional. Her office is beautiful and the staff reflects he very high mandates for a quality experience. She is a blessing ini many ways.

I'm a Veteran in need of Podictry care to my left foot which after VA Surgery done in October 2019 and I am dealing with a problem after surgery. Plus am dealing with being a victim of drinking contaminated in Camp Lejeune, NC

Dr. Ross was absolutely amazing. I went to her for a problem that I had been going to my pcp for and it was getting better. I took it upon myself and referred myself to Dr. Ross. She was so nice, humble, and friendly. She answered all my questions. She made me feel at ease about the problem I was having. Her staff was amazing as well, very nice and friendly. I wish she could be my pcp. If you need a podiatrist, she is definitely the one. Even though, I was her last patient of the day, and I knew she was tired, she didn't make me feel rushed or anything. She really was like a breath of fresh air. I love Dr. Ross!

I fell on my foot when I fell down 4-5 stairs. I notice my foot was very swollen the next night and the following morning called my primary care who said I needed to see a podiatric. I Googled and found Dr. Ross near where I live. I called and the staff member was pleasant. She gave me an appt for that same day. The staff is very pleasant and professional as is Dr. Ross. She explained my issue after taking and reviewing my X-rays. I had 2 more visits with her and I appreciate the fact that although she had a physical therapist to refer me to, she allowed me to see my current physical therapist. I would recommend Dr. Ross to anyone. She is knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Ross was very kind, she answered all of my questions, and she did not overcharge me once she confirmed my injury required minor intervention. I would highly recommend her services.

I felt Dr Ross listened to me well by probing for information that helped make a well-informed decision about my problem. She is very pleasant and personable. I left believing that finally my problem will be resolved.

Dr. Ross and all the nurses are amazing at making you feel comfortable and make sure you understand what your issue is and the plan to get you better.

Dr Ross is the most professional and caring surgeon we've met. Dr Ross takes time to answer all questions so you understand. Her staff is also kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommended Dr Ross to all our family and friends.

Almost 3 years out from my Achilles' tendon repair and spur removal and still in severe pain. I had an orthopedic doctor repair the mess and would not recommend Dr Ross for any surgery

Dr. Ross is Great! She has an awesome bedside manner. Explained my medical condition thoroughly. She is readily available. I choose to travel from Woodstock to Conyers because Dr. Ross and her staff care. They are very understanding and compassionate. I trust her plan of care for my recovery completely.

From the front end of the office to Dr. Ross. Great service. You never wait long to schedule an appointment. And your waiting time to see her at your appointment is 0 to 5 minutes every visit.

My Daughter had a small procedure done with Dr. Ross, She heal nicely and was ready to go back to her sports and her self right away! Dr. Ross is very nice knowledgeable and awesome interaction with her patients. So very please I took Ashlee to her and her staff was just very professional and compassionate.

Dr. Ross is exceptional. Very personable, patient & knowledgable. Simply the best. I am very happy to have her as my podiatrist.
