Dr. Adrienne Laury, MD

Dr. Laury has been treating my sinus' and has bucked the trend in medicine of passing a patient off to others. She's been a huge support throughout my journey by being clear, concise and helpful in navigating not only sinus surgery, but also by urging that I see other medical specialists. As I found an Immunologist and Pulmonologist she remained involved by working with them to understand the cause, symptoms, etc. This is likely expected from one doctor to another, but it felt that she was on top of their findings and well aware prior to my follow up appointments. I was a non-straightforward patient who had sinus issues and something else going on that created sinus problems again. She remained vigilant in trying to find a cause and was instrumental in my becoming healthier. I cannot say enough of how much I appreciate Dr. Laury, thank you so much for all you've done.

I have seen about 5 other doctors for the issue I am having and none of them treated me with much respect or seemed to care about my troubles. They all quickly said they didn’t know what was wrong nor had any recommendations of who else to see. Not so with Dr Laury. She immediately was interested in my issues, had new insights and quickly came to a diagnosis of something all these other doctors had totally missed. I've seen Dr. Laury few times - to get some second opinion on my sleep apnea, and then - for nasal congestion. She makes an impression of very professional and straight-to-the-business, frank doctor. Dr. Laury diagnosed me with enlarged turbinates, that were improperly treated by a previous surgeon. She performed a surgery, and my congestion was gone. Would recommend her to anyone.

I waited to write up the review on my nasal bone spur surgery because at first I thought it was a failure. The reason I had the surgery was because my left nostril was so blocked by the bone spur that it was never able to drain. After the surgery (6/2021), I still was not able to clear the passage, therefore I thought it was a failure. Not until I got covid in March 2022, did I realize that my left nostril was able to drain. I believe that there was inflammation from the surgery for many months longer than I expected. Beautiful success!

My wife and myself visited Dr. Laury several times and we have had nothing but wonderful visits. She is great at explaining things and is very nice.

One of the rudest doctors / people unfortunately during our meeting. Doctor is to the point which is helpful, but needs to consider more respect and perspective when addressing patients.

Simply stated, Dr Laury is awesome!! Dr. Laury repaired my deviated septum and cleaned out damaged sinus tissue. It started with her treating a very bad sinus infection, once it cleared she could see the cause, septum and sinus damage from an earlier bike crash. I had surgery this week and returned today to have the nose splints taken out. I was blessed to find her, her treatment of the sinus infection through surgery (spanning 2 months) was a success. Her candor was professional, and she has a great sense of humor...which was needed given my condition. I would recommend her highly if ENT services are needed.

My case is a little unusual, and very detailed, but Dr. Laury took time to hear all the details of my complex situation and tell me what is known and not known about my condition. She also told me what we could try to deal with food allergies and, what wasn't worth trying. She was very personable, detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable.
