Loyal patient
I have been a patient of Dr Khan for over 10 years. I find him and the other medical providers there to be very professional and they listen to me when I have a concern . They keep track of my health, and schedule me for preventative tests that are needed to find problems before they become a real issue. I would recommend this office for anyone look for a proactive Dr.

Dr. Aftab Khan & Staff
For me, Dr. Aftab Khan & Staff have been very helpful. but I do agree on one thing, it's like they don't communicate among themselves. In the past, when the doctor does writes down what I need to be done, somehow the staff don't stay on top of things, and say the doctor didn't write it or while I'm talking to the doctor, he forgets to write it down. So, yes, I have to be on top of things, it's my health. The doctor does take the time to listen to me, and yes, he and the staff are friendly, but I hope this year will be better. No one is perfect and wherever you go, you'll have a negative thing to say. So, if you're looking for that perfect doctor, good luck in finding him, for he doesn't exist; we are ALL imperfect. this year, I'll make sure it's written down, so the staff have no problem doing their job. We all need help! Also don't forget, the insurance companies take a long-time providing authorizations on certain things, which makes it hard on the doctors to their job.

Physician does not verify your recent lab work and gives you the incorrect information. You need to be on top of your results. The office doesn't call you if there is an abnormal finding in lab work. Physician has poor bedside manners and mocks you if you are taking supplements. He makes incorrect statements regarding supplements. If you have a billing issue you have to call several times and give your story to many people. They won't call back so you need to keep calling. They place you on hold for long periods of time. There is no internal communication among staff members and receptionists have heavy accents making it difficult to understand.

Dr. Khan historically has the worst, most incompetent staff, that fails, in my experience and first hand issues, to follow any modicum of professionalism and or medical standards. They must pull the wool over his head or he just fails to care. They dont call in prescriptions, they fail to do medical orders, consistently left waiting on hold for 20 minutes or more and then call on my other phone and the same girl answers while my other line still on hold. The lines are frequently busy. A staff years ago fixed his phones so they did not ring when they did not want to be bothered and the same incompetency exists. The quality of medical care has lessened considerably and we will not go there anymore.

A staff can make or break a practice and this doctor has the worst staffs year after year. They fail to give messages to the doctor, one deliberately gives a hard time making an appointment for a seriously ill family member. Prescriptions have failed to be called in. My judgement tells me they work very hard to cover up their inability to run his office thereby limiting the treatment of the patient. The doctor is a caring man who is done a disservice by inadequate staff. After an issue with an order for a test and the failure of the staff to correct the office manager was called multiple times over two days and never returned the call to only find out the same girl wrote incorrect pphone numbers each time. Maybe that was just an excuse for failure of management. Left the practice.

I've been a patient for almost 2 years and I've never met Dr Khan. So I can't review him personally but I can review his NP that ive seen many times. She's always in a hurry and leaves before I can even reply to everything she's said. I had a UTI and after treated still had bacteria and when I came back she denied me to test my urine again to make sure it went away and I think it came back. The office staff is nice and they try their best to be helpful. Problem is my family couldn't afford the appointments for my dad and when they found out they stopped refilling his epileptic medication and told him to find another doctor. They seem to be all about the money. I can't afford the 100 bucks either. I don't feel like they care about me because I had my medical records transferred awhile ago and when I need them to bring them up they are missing pieces of my records so I have to go through the process again. Idk if there's a better office but I hope I can find a cheaper better one.

Dr. Khan is exception. His proactive treatment of my ever-changing medical issues is comforting and reassuring. After 14 years of being my Primary Care Giver, he's more than my Doctor, he's my confidant and friend. Someone that I can trust to do what's best for me.

My name is Paul Miller and I am Dr. Khan patient for 14 or more years. He takes care of me and my wife very well. Dr. Khan as an Internal Medicine doctor is the best. Every time I have a surgery ( heart disease) next day, very early he is there to visit me. He save my life at least 3 times send me to the Emergency Room, because of my arteries got blocked. Once he called 911 for me and I was in his Medical Center. The staff that works with him are very kind and well knowledgeable.

I have been Dr. Khan’s patient for 12 years, his current staff including Amy, Mary and KC are very nice, Karel his Nurse Practioner is very Knowledgeable. My 92 years old father, who was Dr. Khan’s patient for many years, upon his service, Dr. khan paid a nice tribute to my father, and it was very comforting to all our family, not too many doctors do home visits and come to the services of their elderly patients. My entire family highly recommends Dr.Khan Benjamin’s family.
