Dr. Agbor Egbewatt, MD

Ignores what a patient tells him about their health concerns and symptoms. Brushes it off and changes the subject and quickly exits the room. Acts like he doesn’t want to deal with it or check it out. Very uncaring and rude towards some patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Egbewatt for more than 10 years and I'm very pleased with his services. He have a great expression of compassion for his patients and his work. I would reccomend him to anyone who is seeking a doctor.

Absolutely love Dr Egbewatt and his staff my family has been seeing him since 2007...Dr E is very caring, understanding and most of all he LISTENS to you and explains everything until you have the full and complete understanding of your symptoms and treatment... Mercedes, Jessica and Leslie are the best they all are very compassionate and take great care of you when you visit the office. Appts are always available even when I call in the morning I'll be able to see him in the afternoon....I highly recommend Dr Egbewatt to anyone wanting a excellent, caring and understanding physician

YOU NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW!!!!! I have never written a review of a doctor before, but I was moved to write one today because of the utter disregard he has shown me. This doctor, if you can even call him that, is the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune to ever see. Where do I even start?? I sat for over an hour for an appointment. The nurse finally called me back and insisted that she had to weigh me. I did not want to be weighed that day and I provided her with my accurate weight. The front desk person came back and said the doctor could not see me if I did not allow them to weigh me. Needless to say, I left. I never saw the doctor, but if the office personnel are indicative of the care he provides then he is undoubtedly a hack.

Very comfortable environment, the staff is very professional and Dr. Egbewatt is really great...very good personality and very knowledgeable. He is genuinely concerned about your healthcare...listening and asking all the right questions in order to come up with the best healthcare plan.

Would never recommend Doctor or his office. He does not have a licensed nurse working with him. Have had issue after issue with prescriptions being filled, even when the pharmacy calls them directly. Mandates every 3 months to visit, regardless of no change in conditions. If he orders blood work, you have to go to another office, which means another appointment. Very poor with communication and calling back with results of tests run. Have had multiple frustrating experiences.

I was unable to folow up every three months for a blood pressure issue due to loss of insurance and my mother's health situation. Knowing I had a blood pressure issue and denying medication until they receive an office visit is what I call unethical and uncaring not to mention wreck less with someone's health. I will never refer anyone to this doctor.

In my experience, Dr. Egbewatt is one of those rare physicians who takes the time necessary to understand the reason for your visit. He answers all questions thoroughly.
