He has been fraudulently billing my insurance. I have never met him or been to his office. A few years ago I saw a dr. that is now working with him and must have given my insurance card to him. I have him under investigation with my insurance company.

Was one hour late. Had no time for me. Never even looked at me. I waited for an hour. He was on the phone the entire 5 minutes I was in his office. Then he looked at my paper work, signed it and said: see me when you feel dizzy. Unbelievable!!!! If I had the energy, I’d report him to the Board. And at the end of this review I need to mark a spot indicating that I have received service from this provider - which is not true!!! But in order to post this review, I have to hit that button. I am appalled at how my appointment was not handled. Unconscionable !

The worst doctors I have ever seen
Telehealth
I guess I shouldn’t say saying I have been going there almost a year and never met the doctor. It was always the nurse practitioners which were very good. The problem is they don’t answer their phone appointments are months out. They cancel their appointments. They’re very unprofessional. I’m switching doctors I had a procedure. The hospital said they were sending it straight over to the doctor and I had an appointment to see them. They called and canceled my appointment. It’s a week later and I don’t even know what the results were. I didn’t have a choice. This was the only doctor in the group so I’ve changed. I will not go back there.

As a new patient, I found dealing with this office very difficult. Yesterday I called three times the last one at 3:30 in the afternoon and each time I got the answering service telling me the only message they could leave would be for emergency only! I called again today at 11:30 AM and got the answering service. For the past 24 hours I could not get a hold of anyone in the office to re-fill my prescription. As I said, I just started with this doctor three weeks ago and I’m done. If Cardiologist can’t afford to add on an extra line and have somebody answer phone calls, that’s a problem.

Stay away!
I don't know about this doctor. I tried to see another doctor at this office, but he quit. The one time that I've seen Dr. Alturjuman, I told him that I wanted to talk about my heart. He busied himself with his computer and then told me that we would talk on my next visit. On the next visit, he was not there. An assistant showed up instead. I still haven't had a chance to talk with him. My regular doctor requested another cardiologist and my (no good) insurance company sent me right back to Dr. Alturjuman. Please note that this is NOT the worst part. To office staff is unbelievably BAD. These gals have no idea how to treat a customer. They argue with a customer. They lie to a customer. They are rude beyond belief. If you have any other options, do not come here.

Great as far as I am concerned
Lets talk about wait time. You will wait 2 hours in the heat or cold at Disneyland or Knotts for a 3 minute ride or at a popular restaurant that won’t make you live longer or save your life so I don’t mind waiting for Doctor Alturjuman. Always compassionate, answers my questions. I have been to different cardiologists over the years… they just didn’t seem to care much. I trust Dr Alturjumin.

Good doctor, unprofessional staff
Good doctor, unprofessional staff. Long waits, and when rescheduling appointments, they never actually reschedule you. Ensure you get the staff member's name because they will deny they made an appointment for you.

Awful cardiology consult
Was inpatient at local hospital for heart palpitations and fluid in my lungs. He was the cardiologist who did my consult. He saw me for maybe 3 minutes, did no evaluation, and then recommended a medication contraindicated for my condition. 2 hours later when the rapid response team was called because of a serious tachycardia episode, he didn't respond when my nurse tried to contact him, and never followed up. When I saw my hospital records after being discharged I was upset but not surprised to see 98 percent of his consult note was copied verbatim from the intake history/physical written by the hospitalist, who was a physicians assistant. I understand the medical system is overwhelmed these days. I have a feeling he'd provide subpar care if I were the only patient in the hospital.

Awful place, no parking drove around 20 minutes for a parking spot and no map inside building to find the room and when I did find it I was told my appointment was canceled and there was only one other patient in the lobby beside myself after coming from a 45 minute drive. I even called one of the recepionist while looking for parking to let her know I was outside already looking for parking and she told me to just look for parking and come in. They ask you to give them 24 hours in advance if you cancel an appointment or you get a fee but they are allowed to cancel on you whenever they please without a penalty. I do not recommend this place at all and will be going else where.

I had a terrible experience this morning visiting Dr. Altujuman. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before they took me in for the visit. When the doctor came in, he was very impolite. He did not introduce himself or shake a hand or any discussion about me. His appearance was unprofessional as if he just got off the bed and came to the office. I showed him the results of my blood test and the list of my medications. He did not show the slightest interest in studying the results.

Someone on his staff managed to get approval for an expensive cholesterol medicine for me. Other than that I may just as well stay home and take my own blood pressure.
