Dr. Ahmed Ghaleb, MD

He is the greatest! We moved from Arkansas to Illinois and it is time for me to have an ablasion on my back. I am going back (11 hr. drive) and have Dr. Ghaleb to do it.

A caring heart, remembers and I am not a number. My Mom came with me 1 time. He hardly ever forgets to ask about her. Treats all my many issues. Joints shots. Back, upper, lower also Migraine.

Couldn't Care Less Unprofessional, heartless. Can't be bothered to listen let alone care about people he thinks of lessthans.

I have been seeing Dr Ghaleb for 6 years. An Amazing Doctor. Im glad I have him!

Very little wait time, he listened closely to what I was saying. Then he explained the effects of various medicines. Then he formulated a treatment plan to follow. He's great!

I have suffered with Chronic Neck and Back Pain since 1997. Dr. Ghaleb is the first doctor to address the pain WITHOUT medication. I have completed Neck Ablation treatment and for the first time in decades I am pain free. Great Doctor, extremely capable pain management physician. I will see him for my back issues.

He was very unprofessional and heartless. He doesn’t listen to any of your concerns. His staff doesn’t see a problem with any of your complaints with him.

0 stars is what he deserves. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He can in the room and only spent 2 minutes with me. He told me that he was going to do injections in my back. When I informed him that I had an issue with needles he said that I can't take medication all my life and walked out of the room. He sent his nurse in and when I explained to her that he didn't answer my questions she just handed me paperwork and walked off.

I understand the CDC is putting unfair pressure on doctors in regards to pain meds but Doctors need to stand up for their patients! I am an 8 year 100 % compliant pain management patient who tours the world performing & am able 2 have my quality of life using massage, heat, ice, traction & pain meds. My first app Dr Ghaleb treated me with respect & the 2nd one he treated me like trash. He refused to continue my normal regimen and sent me away by just walking out of the room. Such disrespect!

Not interested in talking to you. I was having spinal nerve ablation (burning) in the North Little Rock office. They give you nothing but a little local anesthetic, place the needles and walk out of the room leaving you screaming. These people are sadists. I had this same procedure three years ago at a different clinic and was offered propofol which knocks you totally out.

RUDE. The office doesn’t ever call you back. It took me a week to get someone to speak with me about insurance approval on a medication and I had to get the director involved.when I asked him during a visit what meds I was getting refilled because I had to have a form signed for insurance he said “you don’t have a choice “ and walked out. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Very professional and easy to talk with. He explains in terms I can understand. Seems to be very interested in resolving the issue not just in treating the symptoms.

At first it was great, he listened & took time with me. However, since having Neurostimulator put in all that has changed. He barely listens, he put me on meds that made me gain 70lbs & then said it shouldn't be hard to get off. Put in my notes that he talked to me about my weight, a bmi screening & when I asked about that he said we talked bc I asked about getting off and he offered Topiramate since it sometimes helps loose weight. He doesn't want to have you be a partner with you in your care.

Dr. Ghaleb doesn't take the time to listen to his patients. He only spends 5-10 minutes at the most with you during each appointment. He doesn't take time to listen or explain anything. He just wants to fill your pain medicine prescription and send you on your way.

I would rate a 0 if possible. He didn't spend any time with me. I went back for a couple of other visits after my initial one, and decided to time him when he came in the room because he was in a rush. One visit, he was in the room 3 min 14 sec, and the other visit was 2 min 32 sec. They collected a urine specimen on my 1st visit and I was billed over $1400 just for that, not including co-pay, etc. He was rude...he walked out of the room while I was still talking. Wouldn't recommend.

Doesn't spend enough time with his patients. Added new doctors to clinic and sent patients to new doctors without asking. Very disappointed with this clinic.

I hardly know where to start. Dr. Ghaleb is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He has saved me from debilitating back pain for many years. He explains everything to me when he does a procedure, he never lets me experience any pain while conducting these procedures and answers all my questions. Possibly more significant for someone like me, he is one of the kindest men I have ever known. He really cares about people so, he spends time with you and gets to really understand your case.

Never spends more than few minutes with you & makes you feel rushed. In hurry to leave & interrupts before you can answer his question. only wants one word, quick description & has no patience to listen to complicated or multiple symptoms or concerns. Will send nurse back with appt for procedure he never even discussed with you. Also had her hand me MRI results & never reviewed them. Had to figure them out on my own. Horrible communicator.

He is a compassionate doctor. Listens to your needs and explains the procedures so you can understand. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone!

As always he is awesome. I recommended him to my wife and I went with her she loves him
