Went into Private Practice and Abandoned patients without proper notification and prescriptions.. Zero communication from office staff..Promotes supplements as he's paid a commission during office visits.. Not trustworthy.. Stay away..

Office was not experienced in what they doing and the dr was jumping everywhere.. he never finished seeing me and he already went to another patient and when I asked I was told he is not a machine by a very nasty worker that works for him.. will not recommend anyone to see him

I have been a patient of Dr Ergin's for 2 plus years, however I called the office to set up an appointment- did not get a return call so I decided to go to the office , I was told since he has his own practice, he no longer takes United Healthcare. I was told by the office manager I had three options ,pre-pay $100 for the virtual visit , pay $75 for an emergency script or see my primary and have them write the script until he is approved. I asked her if I can leave a message to speak to the Doctor she said NO he will not return any calls , and they will not bill my UHC out of network its the company policy. Seems to me he does not care about the patients or he would be taking the out of network patients until he is approved. I am going to request my records and move on - he just lost another patient.

I have been with Dr. Ergin for many years. I have had to ask him about doing tests for my thyroid and also to be put on a continuous glucose monitor and getting a glucometer.He has just left HCA and will be opening his private practice on February 18, 2025. As of today he is not taking Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. I tried to make a four week follow up appointment in regards to change in medicine that I seen him for prior to him, leaving HCA. His office wanted to charge me $100 to book an appointment since he is having a difficult time being approved by Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.I have been an established patient for at least five years with Dr. Ergin. There is no way I will pay $100 to book a follow up appointment because he did not start his insurance approval process at at a reasonable time to be acceptable for his new practice opening. I understand him charging $100 fee for a new patient or a recently established patient.I will be looking for a new endocrinologist!!!

Horrible doctor. Doesn't listen. Doesn't care. Poor medical care.

Dr. visit nothing special, basic DR appointment. Month long request for insulin pump supplies. Numerous calls by patient and Insulin pump supplier for prescription renewal to dispense insulin pump supplies. In my opinion numerous chances to resolve.

Office staff and Dr. Ergin are always professional, polite and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Ergin I’m feeling the best I have in years. They work to accommodate my appointments, and make sure I’m good on my refills.

I was surprised reading the amazing reviews because to be honest the bill is heavy and the visits are maybe 5-10 minutes. Feels like a factory in there for sure get em in and out. Why have this huge patient load if it’s hard to spend any time with the ones you have.

They cancelled one appointment last minute. I rescheduled but the doctor did not show - no call to follow-up or explain why he did not show, no explanation- as if I did not exist. Also, poor concern for patients' needs when they are high risk and really need help. Was just tossed aside and ignored. Good luck trying to call them; I was put on hold for over half hour just to get through the queue, then my call got disconnected - had to start the process all over again. I will not be returning to this practice, and will find another provider who actually shows up and shows even a miniscule level of concern for patients, and not selling a personal line of products.

I'm currently a patient of dr Ergin and its been almost a month trying to get a refill prescription for my Synthroid Meds. The office never send it and now I have no Meds. So disappointed

Dr Ergin told me he wouldn’t follow me as closely as my endo up north bc “I have too many patients for that”. Then When discussing bloodwork with staff, they were rude and condescending about where I had it done. After having labs that were ordered by dr Ergin to follow me during pregnancy, they told me they can’t see me until 2 months from now when my levels are off. They didn’t red flag them or review them, I did that myself and when I called to make my f/u, there was zero accommodation for a high risk pregnant woman that medically should be followed closely per my MFM physician. Poor patient care. Also, when you walk into the office, dr Ergin’s book is on display everywhere which is a put off for me. No humility.

First visit.

It was a great experience being seen by Dr Ergin for the first time. He explained things very well. I feel very confident in being seen by him. He is very informative and knowledgeable and gave me a lot of insight into my condition. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family who need to be seen by an endocrinologist.

Over the last 2 years I have consistently received very competent, efficient care from Dr. Ergin and his staff. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his judgement. He has proven to be a very fine doctor. I highly recommend him.
