Dr. Aida Bounama, MD

Dr Bounama is a considerate human being. She makes the patient to feel comfortable. She goes out of her time to follow up and make sure the patient is well treated and taken care of. It’s not enough to recommend her. I had a surgery with her and since no problems while before I was so uncomfortable. My life changed for the best. My friends find that I look younger. It gives me a taste of freedom and beauty.

I saw Dr. Bounama for an eyelid lift consultation. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I have the surgery scheduled and am excited to see the results!

Very unprofessional. I scheduled her first appointment 3 months out and then she calls to cancel a few days before the appointment with no explanation and wanted to reschedule two months later. She does not seem interested in her practice or her patients. Further, her staff was incredibly rude. They were impolite and acted like they are doing the patients a favor by scheduling them. There are too many good doctors in Houston to deal with her.

This was one of the most positive experiences that I have ever had in a doctor’s office. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Bounama made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She was kind, understanding, and explained every detail of the upcoming procedure. After the biopsy was completed, the office immediately got in touch with me to tell me the results and even during my follow up appointment, the doctor reminded me of the things that needed to happen next to ensure that my health problems could be addressed. Although I live out of town, I definitely will travel to Houston to continue to work with this fine doctor and her staff.
