I came in to establish as a new patient and been suffering from low energy levels for the past year. Dr. Marrero ordered blood work and stated if we didn't see anything out of the ordinary we would do a follow up to get to the bottom of it. Blood work looked ok and never got a follow up from her. Will be looking for a different primary care.

She was AWESOME!!! Dr. Marrero was kind, patient, engaging and a great listener. Her MA's were so, so sweet!!! I am new to the area and have struck out on my first attempts at establishing a new physician ... I certainly found her yesterday and am so very grateful!!

Dr.Marrero has helped me a lot with regulating my blood pressure. I’m prone to upper respiratory infections and she always treats me with medications that help. As everyone has stated she is a good listener and is genuinely concerned which is very reassuring.

I find Dr. Marrero to be a great listener and very interested in hearing about my health concerns. She looks me in the eye and does not spend the entire visit on the computer. I feel that she genuinely cares about my health concerns. She explains treatment and treatment options very well. I like her a lot and highly recommend her.

Worst doctor's office I called to tell them my transportation was in a accident that l would be 10 minutes late after waiting a month for this appointment and they canceled it telling me it's not there problem way to go helping a new patient that has diabetes thyroid disease and asthma

After more than 8 years of pathetic primary care physicians under the HMO Staywell of Florida, I am thrilled to finally have found a doctor who is awesome. Dr. Ailis Marrero looks you in the eye when she speaks to you, "not a laptop like you don't exist "! You can feel her sincere concern for your well being. She has performed her duty under the hypocritic oath ??% and then some! So thankful to have found a doctor who cares for the adult on disability! Great Doctor.

Did not LISTEN to what I said. Simply referred me to another specialist and gave the blanket diet and exercise line. No guidance on WHAT that means to HER, since I do eat well and I do exercise. But she wasn't listening when I said that, so the visit was a waste. Changed medicine on my husband without conversation, or any prior knowledge of his medical history. When questioned I was told we would wait and see how it goes. I didn't realize he was a guinea pig. ZERO Confidence in her.
