Dr. Aimee Lopes, DO

Honestly what is the point of seeing this doctor. First time ever and feel like it went nowhere. Questioned on previous medications prescribe by same in network doctors. None of my severe concerns were addressed. Handed a sheet of paper with phone numbers to call for substance misuse. Have not been back to a doctor since 2021 nor have history with that or any concern either. Oddly this experience made me feel like I was labeled to be something I was not.

Laughed at my mental health concerns, used air quotes when asking about my “mental health” concerns, dismissed them completely. Rude, judged my personality and called me a “blunted” person 1 minute after we met. Said I could not have anxiety since I wasn’t jittery or high energy. Generalized depression/anxiety to 1-2 symptoms. Cold, condescending.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and being under the care of Dr. Aimee Lopes for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that she is an exceptional healthcare professional. Dr. Lopes has consistently provided me with guidance and support, steering me in the right direction on my healthcare journey. I am delighted to share my experience with her, as she truly exemplifies the qualities of a caring and efficient physician.One of the standout features of Dr. Lopes is her genuine kindness and personal approach. She takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns, making me feel valued as a patient. She seemed annoyed with me the whole visit. Very dismissive of my concerns and complaints.

Dr. Lopes dismissed most of my complaints and was very condescending regarding my concerns. Has gotten much worse over the year and finally had to get a new doctors.

I saw Dr. Lopes for several years until I asked her some difficult questions and she actually yelled at me. She told me “the surgeon has more important things to deal with than yours”. I fired her on the spot

Very easy to talk to. She is thorough and personable. I wish I had contacted her years ago!

She fails to take responsibility for her actions and she's a God, a doctor. She has the final say.
