It was our First visit to springtime pediatrics. I did not feel welcomed at all. Dr. Khan is very sweet, but our visit was very rushed. I get it, it’s hard when a kid is not cooperating, but she did not try to interact with my child at all to make her feel a little more comfortable. Then, it was time for my child’s shots and the nurse that came in was rude. I asked her a simple question and she completely ignored me. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me but i asked again and she said “give me one second”. Horrible first impression. Other than that, the place is nice, clean, and very kid friendly.

Dr Khan is great. She's very nice and care about your child like her own. I really like her professional practice However, the front desk lady who is in her 50s is very mean. The way she talked on the phone or personally talked to the parents'of the child is unprofessional. Her attitude is not acceptable. I had a very bad experience with her from a recent visit. She showed no sympathy nor concern about your child. The lady at the check out with short hair is not as friendly either. The assistance who tested my child hearing showed no competence. She did it 4x to my child ear and none of them was working. She had to ask another lady to helped out, and she didn't even stayed there to learn how to do it properly. How can these assistance showed no professionalism, and how can we trust them? Overall, the dr is great but not the staff. They need to be trained or they will absolutely loose patiens no matter how good their dr is.

Dr. Khan is not our normal pediatrician at Springtime, but she was great. She made us feel right at home, and it was a pleasure knowing we could see her or our regular pediatrician and get the same great service. She made my son feel comfortable. Great bedside manner.

This is the best pediatric office I have been to in the Katy area. Dr. Khan is very good with babies/toddlers & takes her time to listen to the parents concerns & opinions. Unlike other doctors in the area, the staff is respectful to the parent. They don't look at you like you're crazy if you have your own theory about what is going on with your child. The office is very kid friendly with toys that are appropriate for all ages. The areas are clean and the office staff is very swee

We’re new to Springtime Pediatrics ?? This facility is super clean, the kids love to come! There’s plenty of activities to keep them accupied while we wait (it’s never a long wait!) The doctor my kids see is super cute ?? very nice ?? she REALLY takes her time with my kids! I love that! I have never felt rushed! She has a real love for all kids! I am so glad I found a new pediatrician for my babies! Thank you so much for everything! Oh! And oh my goodness! The ladies in the front are AWESOME!

We recently moved to Katy and chose Dr. Khan as our children’s pediatrician. The experience when I took my girls in was fine. However, I just brought my son in for his wel child visit and was very disappointed in our experience. She was very condescending and used scare tactics to pursue her agenda. We are cautious about what we put in our children’s body and want a pediatrician who listens to our concerns and isn’t quick to prescribe. If your views don’t align with hers you are wrong.

Dr.Khan is such a sweetheart! We came in for our daughters 2mo check up as new patients. We were nervous for this appt due to vaccines being due but it was actually a great experience. The office, the staff and especially dr.khan were all so welcoming. She responded to all my questions throughly and easy to understand AND MOST IMPORTANTLY she was able to calm our daughter and be patient while examining her. I’m so happy we came across her practice.
