Dr. Mann is easily one of the sincerest doctor's I've ever had the pleasure to see. My entire family has always gone to Genesis medical, dating back to my grandparents when they saw Dr. Katz. The office staff - simply amazing. There are always issues with companies and referrals or something or another. Carol is always so helpful. Denise is just as amazing. They care and it shows. I don't want to move away just because I don't want to lose them as my primary!

Dr Mann is soft spoken and serious. As my Primary, he gets me what I need. His staff is excellent. Getting referrals, drawing bloodwork, and getting whatever I need. These women are very helpful. If you are trying to reach Dr Mann other then your appointment time, it is very difficult since he's only in the office twice a week. But ask his staff for help and they'll take care of your needs.

OFFICE MANAGER DENISE is a rude nasty arrogant miserable woman. I have been a patient of this office for many years and until yesterday never encountered this individual. She should not be allowed to speak to patients or clients of this practice ever! Having her actually deal with your patients is enough to make people change their Dr's. I actually drove there today just to yell at her for speaking to me so rudely. Unfortunately she was off. My name is Louis E. Silver - DR. MANN IS EXCELLENT!
