Dr. Bakhshi failed to diagnose me with a serious medical condition while I was under his care. However, he WAS able to suggest that it was all in my head (during my FIRST visit!), and subsequently told me to "just stop" burping, a symptom of the condition, as well as a big fat clue as to what might be wrong with me. His solution was to keep prescribing stronger and stronger drugs, all of which were guesswork, and not appropriate to my health situation. Oh, and he recommended that I read a book about the mind-stomach connection because...you know...it was all in my head. I was finally diagnosed by a different doctor, who had the exact same information available to him. The difference is that the other doctor LISTENED to me. I do NOT recommend that anyone see this doctor, unless you want to be patronized and mistreated.

Takes several calls to get a call back. Dr Bahski isn’t attentive. He rushes every appointment and doesn’t ask if you have questions. Wouldn’t recommend.

As a PhD scientist, I found Dr. Bakhshi to be very knowledgable about my condition and to apply the latest treatment. He was easy to talk to and responsive to my questions.
