Dr. Ajaz Chaudhry, MD

Dr. Chaudhry is a caring and attentive doctor. I am very grateful to find him taking care of my sinus condition. He explained my problems well and offered possible options to resolve my sinus problem. The office staff and nurses are also very nice and professional. All in all, my experience with this doctor and his staff so far is definitely a 5-star experience.

I have been a chronic sinus/allergy sufferer for many years. Had sphenoid surgery with him and other procedure over the last 5 years. He is an amazing dr and person! Spends lots of time with you, explains things so you can understand. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had always suffered with tonsillitis so I went to see Dr.Chaudhry and he recommended to get them removed. I was always scared to have any surgery done but he made me feel safe and secure. He was very informative with everything and went step by step with me. After my surgery in 2016 I have felt better than ever. If I ever need to have another surgery that evolves an ENT again without a doubt I will definitely go back to see Dr.Chaudhry.

Dr. Chaudhry is incredible! He cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to do the right thing for them. Without him I wouldn’t be alive today. Not only did he diagnose my cancer, he walked me through the entire process before I ever started treatments. His confidence and knowledge of what I would go through and the odds for a positive outcome, helped me face the challenges of throat cancer treatments. I would send my children to him if they had ENT issues!!!

I read a few reviews that he rushed through appointments, didn’t answer questions, or follow up. I have seen him several times and have a surgery scheduled with him. He is thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and his staff without reservation. He answers all my questions, explains everything, and is always curteous and kind. I’m never kept waiting, and his staff is wonderful.

We saw Dr. Chaudhary 3 times in all for a septoplasmy that my daughter potentially needed. The visits were pleasant but always too quick- not counting wait time, we saw Dr. for 5-10 min except for the time when he did the Endoscopy. The followup was terrible - I did not get questions answered or calls returned in a timely manner. After the surgery was ordered, no one ever called to schedule it and I did not bother to call. These were red flags enough for us to move to a different practice.

Dr. Chaudhry listens and helps you understand actions needed to solve your ENT issues.

Today is June 19, 2017. Friday June 16, 2017 my wife stopped breathing in the parking lot of Dr. Chaudhry. I went frantic, pulling her backwards in a wheelchair towards his office. Her heart stopped beating for over 20 minutes. Dr. Chaudhry and his specialized staff gave her CPR and got her revived again. She is now in GMU Intensive care and is greatly improving. All the physicians at GMC give credit to the person who performed the CPR -- I can never repay his saving my spouse's life.

Excellent interpersonal skills, and spends as much time as is needed to explain procedures.

Dr Chaudhry recently removed a tumor from my neck. I have had multiple surgical procedures in the past, but my experience with Dr Chaudhry was unlike any other Dr I have had. He was so through in the diagnosis, he took the time to explain the options, and most of all he was sensitive and compassionate when dealing with my anxiety. He is obviously a very accomplished Dr/Surgeon, but equally as important, he cares about his patients and their long term health. I would trust him with my family

I'm sure Dr. Chaudhry is a competent ENT physician, and I really wanted to like him. However, I became unnerved with how quickly he was rushing through my appointments with him. He always seemed in a hurry to get out the door. I needed a surgical procedure, but I just could not trust someone who fails to be through and careful in the first place. Therefore, I stopped visiting him and found a more suitable ENT physician to do the surgery.
