He was patient and kind. I felt a bit invisible in the ER amongst other patients, but I really appreciated that he not only took time to answer all my questions, but took the time to even speak to my family members, on the phone and in-person, to explain my condition.

Dr Bhatnagar was very thorough in evaluating my symptoms. I had blood work the day before I came to ER. Because my white count was on the high side, Dr requested a second test of blood work to see if count remained the same. It had ticked up one point. A urinalysis and a CT scan were ordered. All appeared normal but did show a kidney infection. I was given intravenous antibiotic and a script for ten days more of antibiotics. Very pleased with the attention and care I received.
