Telehealth
My very first telehealth visit was with Dr. Robinson. I could not be more pleased with her attentiveness. She actually listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed during my visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Robinson.

My first video doctor visit was with Dr. Robinson today. I can't say enough great things about her. She put me at ease with this high tech medical format, even called me directly when audio cut out. She quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed the neccessary meds. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson and Blue Care telemedicine. Father John Kennedy

If you want an appointment, you will have to wait several weeks if not months for it. I've had strange feelings in my body,specifically my chest, and it took me forever to get an appointment for bloodwork that came back fine thank God! the medical community is starting to disappointment me big time, not that I believed in them anyway. I tried scheduling another appointment but it's not available till a month from now! I wanted this documented in case something happens. God forbid.

I asked for a specific test. I was told it would be done. It wasn't. I also asked for a referal for a procedure. I was referred to a doctor who doesn't even do the procedure. The results of a simple blood test took weeks. I showed up for an appointment for an injection of a prescribed medicine and I was told that I couldn't have it because "the system was down and we can't record it". Apparently, the staff are incapable of using pen and paper.

I arrived this morning about 30 minutes prior to my appointment time because I knew there would be paperwork. As a medical staff member myself, I understand that going to a doctor's office means waiting. After waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, I went to the front desk to find out how many patients were ahead of me. The receptionist told me three, and I was forced to cancel my appointment altogether. The waiting area was loud and definitely not a place I'd want to be if truly ill

Would not recommend, because getting an appointment is never easy 2 weeks if your lucky. Getting a return call from the nurse takes days. I called June 12th and here it is the 16th and I'm still waiting for a return call.

Dr. Robinson takes time to get to know her patients. She has not allowed the use of technology to get in the way of her being personable and paying close attention to is being said. I am always confident that when I have a medical issue Dr. Robinson will get to the root of the problem and not leave me worrying. She is by far the best health care provider that I have ever had the privilege of being treated by.

Dr. Robinson actually listens to your questions and concerns. She makes it a point to address your concerns and actually tries to include you while making decisions about your treatment. She explained everything I needed to know about my medications and ultimately helped me made an informed decision about the treatment to follow. I highly recommend her. She is worth the wait.

Dr. Robinson has a beautiful smile and a pleasant bed side manner. She takes time to listen to everything you have to say and explains clearly so you will understand what she's talking about. She has the nurse to contact you with information you're waiting on. I enjoyed being in her presence.
