I called in to set an appt. for a test. The young lady that answered the phone asked for the script from the doctor referring me. Since Dr. Marcus was the first person to bring up the test months before, they should have had what they needed. She said they didn't. (Weird)I told her I would call the other doctor and she hung up. No 'thank you', no 'call us back when you get the info'. NOTHING. I called back and asked why she hung up and she said 'I thought you were done'. Needless to say I found another doctor for my test. I will not pay someone to be rude to me.

I just received a call from the office, assistant refused to give her name. She called me because Dr Marcus would not be able to see my father because his stool results are not available, mind you this is my father's first visit to the office for bloody stool. I am a retired health care provider and in my office I wouldn't have tolerated that behavior from my staff. It's sad that our health system has deteriorated because of personnel attitudes. Always remember that there are many doctors that are very courteous with excellent staff so I will not be visiting this office ever again. Hopefully the practice manager can evaluate this situation.

My first visit with Dr. Marcus was a very positive one. He is quite knowledgeable and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. His staff is also very efficient and friendly. Nurse Practitioner Annette is an asset to his practice. I am very glad that my doctor recommended that I see Dr. Marcus.

My wife and I are both RN’s and we just had our colonoscopy and EGD with Dr Marcus. Take it from us he is a gem, incredible bedside manner BUT more importantly a highly skilled, detailed and proficient clinician. If you’re looking to have a colonoscopy or an EGD we 100 % recommend Dr. Marcus.

I had a telephone visit scheduled and the receptionist was extremely rude and kept me holding for an extended period of time. I finally hung up, called back and, when she was disrespectful again, asked to speak with the nurse or office manager. The receptionist again kept me on hold - for 29 minutes this time. When she realized I was not going to hang up, she came back to the phone and said the office mgr. was too busy to talk with me. I asked her to have Dr. Marcus call me that day, since, because of her ineptitude, my appt. time had come and gone. It’s now over a week later and I’ve heard nothing. Appalling. These untrained, classless people they hire have an entitled, nasty attitude. Shame on the practice, for letting nothing-receptionists run the show….and ruin their practice’s reputation. And based on the reviews I’ve read online, that’s what’s happening.

I am a retired MD trying to schedule a Colonoscopy.I left a message with the office,seven times,and nobody has returned my call.Very concerning

I scheduled an appointment. They sent me an email confirmation. I appeared at the time stated on the email. I drive 30 minutes there. They tell me they had the wrong phone number on file, and said my appointment was cancelled. They did not notify me of the cancellation in advance (despite the fact they had my email), and said I would have to reschedule. With time as our most valuable resource, this office will waste no more of mine.

It was a FaceTime visit first doctors visit I’ve had that way but it went very well I really liked that he listened to what I had to say I would definitely recommend him

I absolutely love this doctor. So caring and wanting to help with my health issues. His knowledge concerning my case and needs go totally overboard. On his staff is Rose a lady who helped me greatly obtain in finding the proper financial assistance needed for me to continue with my much needed, but very expensive meds. Thank you Rose and thank you Dr Marcus for signing the form for me to receive this at no cost. You and your team are the best!!

Dr. Marcus, I know you read these reviews so felt this is the best time to contact you. I saw you back in January last year maybe another appt. but not sure. You ordered a kit stool for me because I heard you mention it to your staff. My colonoscopy isn't due til I'm 75 and I'm 71 now. I never got it. I really don't want it. It has been over a year but my complaint is I never received it. On another note - Humana Pharmacy has been calling your office for a mail order of Prilosec for me with no success so they called me today. I called your office today for this prescription and got a voice message. Not too impressed with both of these issues. Hope I can get some sort of response. thank you

Dr. Marcus is one of the best doctors. My nurse colleague recommended him for colonoscopy. He found a growth which would normally be difficult to find. Meticulous, genuinely caring. Because of him I am now recovering from surgery. If left untreated could have developed into serious consequences later on. So grateful for him. He is a doctor who joined the profession for the right reasons. To help people. Thank you.

Dr. Marcus is AWESOME!!! Both he & his Physician’s Assistant, Tiphanie are very thorough & have a great bedside manner. The front desk staff are also very friendly! Highly recommend this doctor!!

Always waiting more than 3 hours. Ops schedule for 10 they don't start till 2pm. Staff and nurses are incompetence, ask the same questions over and over. No one writes anything down.

Dr. Marcus is one of the best doctors I've ever seen in the US. Not only he is very knowledgeble but also patient and warm. He takes time to explain everything to the patient and always with the best bed manners!

It's very rare you get such a thorough doctor that is so kind. Went for a routine colonoscopy, met with the doctor before and after and felt this doctor really takes his time.

Considering the professionalism , excellent care, the compassion, and respect I received I would highly recommend Dr Marcus to all my friends and family. I am so grateful for having been referred to him. He put me at ease and made me feel like I was in the best care I could be in.
