Dr. Aladraine Sands, MD

Dr. Sands was by far one of the best physicians I've had the privilege to be treated by. She provided thorough information in regards to my health issues, educated me on things my previous doctor didn't & provided guidance to get my health back on track. I recently moved & am no longer under her care. I truly miss her care.

Dr Aladrian Sands signed me up for tests that I did not need. I came for a free physical and instead I was sent bills totaling $2,800. I specifically stated that I wanted a free physical and I wanted to be told of any charges that would be coming my way before I take any tests/exams. She took what I said and ignored it. She signed me up for two tests that cost $500 & $1,500 separately. I trusted Dr Sands and she betrayed my trust. She ignored the fact that I specifically mentioned that I wanted a free physical checkup, at most maybe pay $100. The total bill ended up being $2,800 Dr Sands is a thief. Plain and simple. She does not care about your money. She blatantly disregards it. She is also a hypocrite. She has Christian symbols in her primary office. But do not believe it. She is a hypocrite and a liar. Dr. Sands is amazing! I’ve been a patient for almost 15yrs now. I’ve had severe anxiety & others issues that she’s helped me manage. I really feel like a NEW person, so much has happened since I actually started following her advice! I feel so hopeful for the future now that I’m able to be a better father & husband! I can’t thank her enough!

Worst place to go to! The front desk receptionist is very rude and disrespectful and act like they are so busy to help you out when you ask them for something even if it is an emergency. The doctor doesn't know what she is doing. I had to tell her to give me a blood test due to my symptoms. Please don't waste your time and money to go to this place because you will never find out what's wrong with you or get any help.

Don't waste your time! I've scheduled numerous appointments with this office for different reasons over the years and was never properly diagnosed. All my problems were treated as if I were blowing things out of proportion. Alot of time and money wasted. Save yourself, look elsewhere.

Beware! Dr. Sands is the worst doctor ever. Her practice has really gone downhill. During a recent move, she went missing and we could not access her for our test results. Once I did speak with her there was no apology for abandoning her patients. She has gone missing and either no showed or shown up late for my friend's appointments as well, again with no apology. You will not get quality care with this doctor and she will make you schedule countless follow up appointments unnecessarily.

I had typed lists of my regular meds with bottles for verification to my first and later appointments, and all my previous records sent immediately. She and her staff messed up the refills every time. There was always an excuse and something more they wanted that hadn't been communicated previously. They refused to correct an error on a refill she already gave me until I came in for more labs or another appt. Just needed her to fix HER error. Found a new doc!

Dr. Sands is very thorough and takes the time to really listen to what's going on with her patients. She does not hesitate to order tests if she feels it's necessary to get to the bottom of your problem. She is very warm and caring. I highly recommend her and have sent other members of my family to her.
