No Recommendation
Without any explanation, he discontinued medication that was given intramuscular and appeared to be very beneficial to a 91 year old inpatient. Days later, his explanation for this was so that the patient could be discharged from the hospital to a nursing home. My conversation with him was unpleasant and unproductive.

I've been seeing Dr DeCastro since 2010 and He is a very conservative doctor if you don't belong on meds he does not give you them it's great in the past my other dr's have had me so doped up that I didn't even know who , where, what I was doing I was so high on perscrpition meds I thank God I was put in Dr. DeCasto Hands. He is hard to get hold of but once you do and you keep your appointment everything runs smoothly
