Excellent dr

Dr. Delgado was very personable. He seemed to care if I was improving He checked my reflexes, which made me feel better. I was worried that I needed to do more to become mobile., which is going to take a lot of time and work. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and excellent doctor! It's a great clean clinic with decent waiting time.

Had been going to this clinic for over 20 years with a different doctor. Was assigned Dr Delgado after my doctor retired. Had one visit with him. Set a follow up visit, he cancelled the same day as appointment. New appointment scheduled in 8 months, again cancelled the appointment with a one day notice. MA is horrible refuses to return phone calls and said that he won't see me because I complained about having two appointments cancelled by him, not me. If it was me that cancelled the same day I would have had to pay a fee. Wouldn't recommend him nor his staff as he doesn't care about his patients at all.

The doctor is great, but I can never seem to get an answer from the office. I have been trying off and on for a month to get through to the office to get a refill of migraine meds and cannot get an answer. On the brink of contacting a new provider, with office staff that can return a message.

Wonderful, caring, patient-focused doctor. Always listens. Always there for me.

I REALLY appreciate Dr. Delgado. He's a great listener. He cares and it shows. My husband has Alzheimer's and I feel that Dr. Delgado is there beside me as I deal with the challenges associated with my husband's decline.

I never got to see the doctor. I recvd a phone message stating my appointment was 930 come 30 minutes early. I arrived at 900 waited until 10:30, eventually I was taken in the room, then the very rude nurse told me I had to leave out because my appointment was 10:45. I played the message I had and she wouldn't hear of it. Front desk stated they changed my appt and did not notify me and nothing they could do. So I left, the place was dirty, staff was rude and I do not recommend that to anyone.

My first impression of his practice was dirty the receptionists could careless. The Doctor only made eye contact with me once. While I was there, He read questions off a piece of paper looking down the whole time. Before I could answer he would say awe, and start reading the next, with the same awe after. The next time I seen him he was unwilling to listen to my needs, he treated me as if I wasn't an individual. Standard procedures only; not according to the individual's needs.

Made 2 visits and countless phone calls to Dr. Delgado' office to get Botox for migraines, which he said I qualified for. However, they dropped the ball and I never received my injections. My messages went left unanswered or blaming the insurance company. They should have followed through.

Horrible experience, to the point that I didn't have medication for 10 days, changing neurologist, to bad they are the only ones in winter haven, no patient care at all
