I too was required by Workman's Comp to see Dr. Friedman for an IME and, unfortunately, received a completely invented report. Not only did he contradict himself multiple times, bu outright lied about something as simple as my BP! Now, 2 years later and still trying to get a permanency hearing, I have to submit myself to another bogus exam. I cannot believe that doctors are permitted to be paid for untruthful reports that may effect someone's livelihood.

I really like him. He’s been my neurologist for 7 years. I was seen by two neurologist before Dr.Friedman diagnosed me with MS. I probably would’ve gotten better treatment if it was caught sooner. I’m very thankful for Dr. Friedman and his staff.

I am sure he gets paid big money to write IME reports that the insurance companies want to see!!! Completely bogus report with no medical basis on his "opinions." He does not care about the patient at all!!!!

I was scheduled by Workman's Comp to see Dr. Friedman for an IME. An Independent Medical Exam. I was recovering from a concussion. Figuring this man was hired to return me to work, I was very nervous about our appt. My fears were founded. Though by his letter to Workman's Comp noted my continual difficulties with balance, vision, dizziness, sensitivity to light and sound, he still stated I was to return to work with no restrictions. I then was required to return to work or quit.

Beware! Jerry Friedman's interest is not in patient care, but in pleasing the insurance companies so he will continue to receive referrals from them. While we were waiting for him, we heard another patient screaming at the top of his lungs about a report he had issued! He also seems to have memory and processing issues himself.Stay away!
