Dr. Alan Khadavi, MD

I found Dr. Khadavi when I developed chronic urticaria (hives). He fit me in for an appointment right away and knew just what to do. Within a few weeks I was feeling so much better. He has been very patient with my many questions and is always available via email or phone. I'm so grateful I found him.

Everything was great and thorough! He knew exactly what he was doing and about the condition I had. I would highly recommend him without hesitation for any allergy and asthma needs.

Truly amazing when you find the right Doctor, and for complicated allergy & immunology issues, that's Dr. Khadavi. He was exceptionally helpful, pro-active, and professional.

Dr Khadavi seems knowledgable and competent, but was unprofessional lacked bedside manner in my visit. He answered most of my questions with very short terse responses and did not explain things well. He made me feel uncomfortable and not seen/understood. He started doing a skin test on me without explaining what he was doing or what would happen or how bad the reaction could be (which was very bad).

Dr Khadavi treated our daughter for chronic urticaria. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but compassionate in his approach to treating this debilitating condition. He was extremely responsive and connected to her needs. Thankfully, she is in remission. We are grateful to have found Dr. Khadavi!

Not long after moving to CA I experienced a prolonged flare-up of skin allergies (eczema). After unsatisfactory visits to two other doctors, Dr. Khadavi finally got matters under control by prescribing first one, than another innovative treatment with new medications. I'll be v eternally grateful for that. In addition the doctor is personable, easy to work with (phone and email!) and flexible with appointments. Just an all around great experience. I recently moved out of state, I'll miss Dr. Khadavi.

Dr. Khadavi and his staff are great. He thoroughly explained everything to me and I walked out of his office feeling great about choosing him. He listened to me and answered all my questions. He’s put on me a treatment plan and I will be following up with him in a few weeks.

Dr. Khadavi diagnosed me a few months ago with CVID ( Common Variable Immune Deficiency). He then began the long process of trying to get me treatment . Unfortunately this can be a difficult and not easily approved by Insurance. I was denied a few times so he went to battle for me and worked SO HARD on writing a compelling Appeal letter which led to an APPROVAL on my much needed medicine. HE IS AMAZING ! He goes the extra mile for his Patients . I can't say enough good things about him.

He helped me so much, I was desperate with hives and I went to numerous doctors who could not help me. Once I saw him I knew that I was in the right place and he was confident that he could treat me. He explained everything to me and walked me through the treatment process. I felt so much better after seeing him and low and behold he treated me well. He is very professional and I would encourage anyone with allergies to see him.

He does a great job and understands your allergy problems, I have seen him and since sent friends and family to him who were all happy with him. I just needed to see him 1 time and we did the testing and he explained the results to me. Thanks so much!

I have been seeing Dr. Khadavi for my severe allergies for the last five years. DR. KHADAVI IS BY FAR THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD!! Dr. Khadavi is the best allergist and the only one I entrust!!! Dr. Khadavi ran a standard allergy test on me and after insurance paid him, I still owed $500!!!!!!!!! Have you ever had an allergy test that cost that much?!?! I also have no idea why everyone thinks he's so amazing. I thought my visit was worthless he didn't even pick up the fact that I'm highly allergic to cats!

Dr. Alan Khadavi is one of the best doctor's that i have seen. He listens to every complaints and you don't feel that you're taking up his precious time. He shows concern to his patients. Like what happened to me. The prescribed medicine was not approved by my insurance and it's pretty expensive. The minute Dr. Khadavi learned that i can't afford to pay the meds, he immediately sent a letter of request from insurance company to approve the meds and w/in a day, it was approved. I have never had a Dr that has had such a positive impact on my life. I have suffered from allergies my entire life. I've been Dr. Alan's patient for over 5 years. He has been so accomodating and allows me to come to the office at my convenience and typically has me in and out in 15 minutes! I know my allergies aren't cured, but it sure feels like it thanks to Dr Alan Khadavi!!
