Lack of respect, does not listen to patients
During my hospital stay, I saw Dr. Morgan. He completely dismissed my concerns, didn’t even read my chart, and was demeaning and downplayed my symptoms. I wanted to ask about ER blood results and he said “I don’t know anything about that”. Very snooty, bedside manner was up-par. He failed to chart accurate information of my health during my stay. A fam member of mine asked “can I record this convo so we can review it later” and Dr Morgan rudely said “I’d rather you not”. Need I say more. I am a very compliant and kind patient, he made me feel like an afterthought and didn’t even act like he wanted to be there or share any genuine concern for my seizure event that brought me to the hospital in the first place. Never in my life have I experienced an MD who showed such a lack of care.
