I had a severe knee injury from skiing that required immediate surgery. Dr. Posta told me to get an MRI, so I got it done and sent back the same day. This was on Monday.Friday comes along and I never got feedback on my MRI. I call Dr. Posta's office that morning and he still didn't review it. His office calls a couples hours later saying the MRI confirmed his speculations and we need to discuss the results in-person. However, Dr. Posta was going out-of-town all next week, so the soonest I can see him is Monday (one entire week later).I asked to discuss the results over-the-phone, but he was doing surgery that day and an assistant wasn't allowed to discuss it. Instead of Dr. Posta leaving a message informing me I urgently need surgery, he postponed discussing the matter for one whole week. He didn't even suggest I find another surgeon considering my injury was extremely time sensitive.I can't help but wonder if he cared more about getting my money than helping me get the treatment

I could not speak any higher of Dr Posta than I have. He had great patient rapport and was particularly good at explaining my condition and my prognosis in terms that I easily understood. I will highly recommend him to friends and family.

I need a shoulder replacement but before this I need a total knee replacement. The knee replacement I've needed for a long time but had to get weight off first I've lost over 150 lbs and now look forward to having my knee replacement. It's very important and then after healing from that somewhere in my near future I'll have this shoulder replaced I'm doing exercises and took a shot in the arm for now. Will wait and see but all my doctors at bon secours are very informative and very professional..
