Dr. Roumm is an Excellent doctor and I have been a patient of his for twenty years. He takes the time to listen and acknowledge my overall health history each time I see him. Karen, one of his staff employees, is always friendly and goes the extra mile to get me in quickly when I have needed to. There have been occasions over the years when the waiting time was extremely long; however, I would just let them know after about a half hour that I would call to reschedule.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This man was the rudest most arrogant doctor I have ever seen in my life. No understanding or listening skills. Insisted on being right and tearing down how I was feeling. Told me going somewhere else for a secondary opinion would be a waste of my time and of others. I am so disgusted and just want to feel better. Then in the middle of speaking with him, he opened up the door while I was standing in the room still wearing a gown. Terrible doctor.
