As for him he is okay but his staff well that's another thing all together. One nurse in particular that takes calls, Britney I believe her name is,very rude and disrespectful, the last thing a patient in pain or sick needs from a healthcare provider. She doesn't care and has no business being in the healthcare field whatsoever. I thought maybe it was a one time thing but no very single encounter that I have had with this nurse, and I use that term loosely when describing her, has been the same . Extremely rude an innovating, should have been fired long ago!!! My husband left his care because of her and I am looking for another Doctor as well. I know that my opinion is of none affect, but I hate even calling his office dreading to have to talk to her!!! Very sad for those who do talk to her, it is ridiculous to feel this way about needing to call your Doctor, I have suffered at home on several occasions due to this fact. I would have submitted this long ago if it made any difference.

???????Very knowledgeable physician that genuinely care about his patients. He has superb bedside manners and ALWAYS take time to listen to his patient in order to make inform decisions about their treatment and care. I have been his patient for 12+ yrs and he has cared for me after my neck surgery and continues to provide necessary treatments. He is very honest and trustworthy. My wife would attend some of my visits and noticed his professional level of care, she is now a happy patient.

Dreadful doctor. Rarely listens and when he can't form a definitive diagnosis, simply states that new illness are cropping up all the time and his profession has limits. This is not what a patient in pain needs to hear, as it removes hope and cripples empowerment. If my HMO wasn't such a PITA to switch primaries I'd fire him.
