I cannot even describe how disorganized this office is. I went in once and had to wait TWO HOURS after my appointment time. I have to nag them to fill Rx or get a referral. After giving me a referral they later denied the claim, which resulted in a huge bill causing me a lot of stress. They insisted I had to come in to get a refill for birth control, which of course I do not want to do when it takes the whole day to get seen. Also, birth control is incredibly safe, there's no reason to do this

Dr. Biggers is the GOLD STANDARD for PCP! She is attentive and non-judgemental, which allows for patients to be open and honest with her. She is knowledgeable about a lot of medicine and when she is not, she will go and find the answer for you. She spent about an hour with me for my first visit just listening to EVERYTHING that bothered me and even pointing out strengths. She is very relatable and comforting and helped me increased my medication, when my rheumatologist hadn't listened to me.
