Rushed unorganized, poor bedside manner
Both the nurse and doctor seemed rushed, maybe due to over scheduling appointments. I felt like they didn’t really care about my conditions, saying OK instead of providing solutions. The office made multiple errors sending a referral with incorrect spelling of doctor’s name and calling my Dad at 8 am with MY test results and waking him up!! It’s the little things, like attention to details and slowing down that can make a big difference in quality of care. The front desk staff was very nice and also the lab technician was very nice had me laughing and smiling. Otherwise, the office felt rushed, cold and unwelcoming.
