Long Waiting Period
I like Dr. Chinn. He seems to genuinely care and I always look forward to meeting with him. But today I never got the chance. My appointment was at 2:15. At 3:00 I was still waiting. There was no indication as to how soon my appointment would be kept. Due to prior commitments, and because I try to keep my appointments, I had to leave without seeing him. This is not the first time I have experienced a long wait in this office. The scheduling problems need to be resolved.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Chinn is obviously competent and quickly understands your concerns. He is generous with his time. I felt well cared for during my hospital stay and would not hesitate to recommend him.
